Upcoming appointments this week? I have to go back on Friday for another Ultrasound, since they didn't get all the measurements they wanted at the Anatomy Scan.
Any new symptoms or changes? Feeling pretty good, and feeling more movement.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Our parents are over-the-top excited for a granddaughter, and I think it's hilarious,

Yes. Everytime I bend over or cough or sneeZe this part right under my rib sinks ... I guess it's my diaphragm? It's an extremely annoying feeling, it's like cartilage flip flopping inside I have no idea what it is

rants: I really wanted blueberry muffins at this restaurant but they didn't let me have any because "they were for tomorrow's brunch".

No... I feel pretty good right now, even made it back to the gym. It ain't pretty but at least I'm there.

Do a boudoir shoot before babies- you're gonna want to remember when everything was where it was supposed to be.

How big is baby? So somehow last week she was a coconut and this week a grapefruit? I don't get how that works. Also that's a big grapefruit to be over 11inches across lol

Any new symptoms or changes? more movements this week. Also either allergy season has started a few weeks early because of the weather or pregnancy rhinitis has set in. Either way, I'm a sniffly mess.

The fruit comparisons are so wonky. I'm a hairy coconut this week and was a banana 2 weeks ago. Last I checked coconuts are shorter than bananas. Not sure whose job it was to create the fruit list but I think they need to brush up on what said fruits actually look like.
How far along are you? 22 Weeks
How big is baby? A big hairy coconut according to TB app (and I thought the ballsack avocado was nasty).
Upcoming appointments this week? Getting my cars oil changed and having minor fixes done. I consider it baby-related because I'll be selling my 2 seat car for a more family friendly vehicle.
Any new symptoms or changes? The tailbone pain I felt from sitting in my office chair has eased up since buying the coveted butt donut (aka inflatable invalid ring). Other than that, I'm still experiencing headaches and have just started getting acid reflux at night.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I mentioned it in a previous thread, but I love my butt donut.
GTKY: If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be? Pay attention in high school goddamn it. Those classes are going to cost money to upgrade when you decide to go to university.

Anatomy scan on tuesday - nervous and scared but so relieved it's finally here. i've held off on nesting and prepping for baby until after the anatomy scan.
Any new symptoms or changes?
finally starting to feel the baby! i mentioned this last week, but i first started feeling dd at 14 weeks so i've been really anxious and worried about the lack of flutters with this one.

not baby related, but finally started watching tv again (i've actually made it past 10:30 this past week) and we've caught up on TWD and started the people vs oj simpson and holy crap that miniseries is AMAZING. as a native angeleno, i remember a lot from the case and understood the racial implications of the trial and investigation but shocked to see how marcia clark's story unfolded, as well as judge ito and the jury.

i don't have one piece of advice - i have many but iknow for a fact that teenage me would not listen.

Work has been hectic lately. It will be until May, when I am self imposing a travel ban. Looking forward to some big work progress in the next two months...then reaaallllyyyy looking forward to slowing it down.

Work hard and make smart decisions, and it will all pay off. (Actually, I wouldn't want my younger self to do a single thing differently. I wish I had worried less, but I think the worry was an important motivator to get me where I am today.)

Any new symptoms or changes? Belly button's getting a bit tighter. I'm wondering if I'll be able to escape the pop-out or if it's inevitable!
Rants/Raves/Questions? Weight gain seems to be speeding up. I know this has to happen and that it's a good thing, but it still sucks seeing the number go up. I'm sure anyone who has ever struggled with their weight experiences this weird combination of emotions during pregnancy.

@satsumasandlemons we're watching People vs. OJ too! I think I was too young to understand the implications of the case, but it is fascinating. It is super difficult to get my husband into a new show too, so I'm glad we both like it!
Rant - I didn't realize that the baby would be growing into my lungs already. Definitely feel shortness of breath depending on where he is.

Same here, I'm really noticing how much room baby's taking up by how out of breath I am. And we're only halfway.
YES, ROSS. I mean, I think Sarah Paulson and Courtney Vance are just beyond, but I am really surprised at how well Ross did as Robert Kardashian. He's really the heart in the story, if Cochrane is the force driving the defense dream team. Also, it's just so mind-boggling that this trial was really one of the very first to welcome media in and make media sensationalism a thing - and that in this very first sensationalized story where celebrity, real life, and reality tv start forming what we know today, a KARDASHIAN was there in the middle of it all.

Any new symptoms or changes? Realizing I can’t breathe comfortably while hunched over my computer in bed has been quite a bummer. I have to lean far enough back that I can’t type easily. I guess it’s better to work at my desk anyways, but I really like the 1/2 working 1/2 watching crappy tv option some evenings.
