Re: Pregnant after IF/TTTC 3/3
IF Diagnosis (if any): PCOS, subclinical hypothyroidism
How many cycles did you TTGP: We started in July 2015 and were benched 4 cycles/4mo with a loss.
How did you get KU: Metformin + Levothyroxine + LP progesterone, 2nd round of Femara+trigger+TI
How are you feeling? Physically and mentally. Physically I've been so tired and sleeping a lot. I'm still having waves of nausea but mornings are usually ok. Mentally feeling more and more hopeful as the days move on.
Next appt: I saw baby on a trans-abdominal US yesterday, should have a formal US next week and next appt with my midwife is in 3 weeks.
Rants/Raves: I got called off of work this weekend and am SO thankful for the extra few days to sleep.
GTKY: Weekend plans? We're going to lunch with friends tomorrow and otherwise just laying low.

@virginiaham we have so many similarities in our journeys. I'm so happy for both of us
IF Diagnosis (if any): PCOS, stage 2 endo, uterine septum, slight male factor (morphology)
How many cycles did you TTGP: 18 total, 4 of those were benched for surgeries.
How did you get KU: IUI with Femara and trigger shot, metformin, acupuncture
How are you feeling? Physically and mentally. Physically, fantastic. Mentally, much better. I was struggling with anxiety, but I saw baby yesterday too, 8 weeks and 164 heartbeat and we saw little legs and arms! So amazing. I have one more RE u/s then I graduate to my midwife.
Next appt: Next Thursday
Rants/Raves: I joined a gym today and took a yoga class. I haven't done yoga since I found out and it was beautiful.
GTKY: Weekend plans? Staycation! MIL is a gambler and got us a free weekend at a really nice resort down here. I'm looking forward to relaxing and good food.
*edited the title to be more clear
How many cycles did you TTGP: 18 months, about 13 cycles because they are sooo long
How did you get KU: 5mg Femara, trigger shot and IUI. Continuing with prometrium and estrace until 8 weeks
How are you feeling? Physically and mentally. Physically-not terrible. Intermittent nausea, but nothing crazy. Really tired today. Mentally- much better after seeing a heart beat for the first time yesterday, I was a bit of a mess earlier this week.
Next appt: Next Friday for another US and hopefully our last RE appt!
GTKY: Weekend plans? Early movie date tonight with my husband, and then absolutely nothing...and I'm so excited!
@bluejeanbabi05 that is so great that you were able to see your little bebe wiggling around! It just amazes me at how fast they develop and I can't stop thinking about it today.
IF Diagnosis (if any): Endometriosis and Fibroids
How many cycles did you TTGP: It would be 6 years trying this coming Sunday (we started trying our wedding night). *OOH we found out we were pregnant on our 10 year dating anniversary! I thought that was pretty neat. eta* probably 8 months total benched after all the surgeries combined. I stopped keeping track years ago though.
How did you get KU: IVF with ICSI/PGS and FET woot!
How are you feeling? Physically and mentally. I'm just tired all the time. I wish I could find some energy somewhere but everything seems to make me more tired. I miss my normal amount of coffee! I'm mentally feeling much better after our scan earlier this week. We were able to hear the heartbeat and see the little jelly bean.
Next appt: Next Tuesday!
Rants/Raves: Not too much to rant about, except that I need to find new bras already. I have naturally small boobs, and my nips actually pour out of my bra now. Also, we haven't had sex in a long time because its been off limits, and the progesterone discharge grosses me out. The doc gave us the ok this week, but every time I think about it and get on excited, i start getting cramps. Besides that I'm fixing to make a chocolate cake because that is the only thing that sounds good right now.
GTKY: Weekend plans? Busy weekend, kind of trying to prep myself for being so busy. I have 2 projects that are due on Monday, so I have to squeeze in finishing them this weekend. Tomorrow we are going to a BBQ in the town next to us, and then leaving and going out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. On Sunday we are having family over and I have a feeling I will be lame and boring because I am so tired. Oh well.

How many cycles did you TTGP: 17
How did you get KU: FET of last 2 embryos after failed ivf fresh transfer
How are you feeling? Physically and mentally.
Sick, very sick. My nausea is constant, it never goes away and i am physically sick at least once per day. Im also pretty tired.
Next appt: next thursday for my 10 week u/s
Rants/Raves: I'm just so happy to be here and although I hate vomitting all the time...the nausea is still comforting in its own way
GTKY: Weekend plans? We will go visit MIL tomorrow morning and meeting a friend for lunch on sunday.
TEAM: PINK!!
IF Diagnosis (if any): Only the best dx - unexplained!
How many cycles did you TTGP: a bazillion. Since April 2013
How did you get KU: IVF 2, FET 1
How are you feeling? Physically and mentally. Um, pretty good? My nausea has been fucking with me lately. Normally safe times have been some of the worst parts of my day the last few days. Emotionally okay. We got to see baby last week, but of course now I can't help but thinking what if something happens after we've seen the HB. PGAL/PAIF brain at its finest.
Next appt: Monday, March 20. I think (?) I get to see baby? I know I get to have bloodwork for my fetal DNA test that day.
Rants/Raves: This nausea. Makes leaving the house a gamble every time.
GTKY: Weekend plans? H and I started early and just got back from seeing Logan. Probably just chilling the rest of the weekend.
3 failed IUI cycles
Oct '15 - IVF 1 - 10R, 3M, 0F
Sept '16 - IVF - 12R, 11M, 5F and 3 perfect day 5 blasts - MMC 7w5d
Jan '17 - FET 1 - BFP, EDD 10/14
IF Diagnosis (if any): PCOS
How many cycles did you TTGP: I think it was around 17 active cycles. But we've been trying for a little over 2 years.
How did you get KU: femara, follistim, trigger & IUI. Still on prometrium and estrace until at least 8 weeks.
How are you feeling? Physically and mentally. Physically I'm nauseous and exhausted. Mentally I'm ok. Found out today that I have a subchronic hematoma but apparently it's very small so RE isn't worried about it. I'm freaking out just a bit though.
Next appt: I had an US today and the next will be in 10 days! That should be my last visit with my RE too!
Rants/Raves: I feel like everyone I know is announcing their pregnancies right now. I'm not sure if that's a rant or a rave. I haven't decided yet. Haha
GTKY: Weekend plans? Nap and play with DD. Possinly rent a movie from Redbox and try really hard to stay awake.
