  • Apparently I get nosebleeds now.
  • Can frantically trying to get everything done that needs to be done for the next six months be a symptom? It's like nesting, but too early and more severe.  I have this sudden urge to finish all of the things! Who needs to go to the dentist? Finish the nursery, Reorganize the basement, get my oldest into college! Do all of the things!!!!

  • I got my lab results back and... I'm anemic. So that doesn't really explain why my eyes are yellow but I will pick up an iron supplement and add it to my daily routine.
  • @meg2704 glad to hear a supplement will help!

  • @meg2704 I was apparently anemic in my 1st trimester... lots of red meat and iron supplements. Also... don't have coffee within the hour of taking your supplement.. it prevents your body from absorbing the iron!

  • I asked before about snoring, but some nights ot is so bad hubby sleeps in other room. He claims my snoring last night shook the bed.
I'm not sure if I should get a sleep test done or not? I read it is mostly hormones. I also read how baby can have problems if it is sleep apnea.
Has anyone done a sleep test?

  • Anyone else's constipation so bad that you're scared you're gonna push out the baby?
It comes and goes.  At times I can't get anything out, and other times it feels like if I don't get to the bathroom it will fall out. Lol

Colace and prunes ladies. It's the only thing that's making my bathroom situation bearable.
  • My hands are so itchy it's getting on my nerves. I was already tested for Cholestasis and it was negative. I had the same itching with my DD with negative labs but not until much later in pregnancy. I'm going to lose it if I have thi she for the next 16 weeks.

  • Starting to get those random Charlie horses in my calves in the middle of the night.  Usually when I try and stretch so I can kind of feel them starting and stop them, but the other night I had one that wouldn't quit.  It hurt so bad and my calf was sore in the morning.

  • Really bad congestion/stuffy nose the last two days. Not sure if its allergies or just related to pregnancy. The weather in Georgia has been warm so the flowers have been out since February. I have tired vicks inhaler, humidifier, saline....still can't breathe!
  • @FSUNole31 I got one so bad last night.  My calf was super sore this morning and still is.  So painful.
  • Today I've felt a lot of movement and it's a lot more uncomfortable than it has been. Maybe even very very slightly painful at times. I also noticed some pain in my groin area I guess is how I would explain the location. I pretty much sat on the couch all day until 4:30 when I had to leave to babysit. At least the baby is asleep already and the toddler will be in an hour or so!

  • I hope this was a one-time thing but I just threw up out of nowhere for seemingly no reason. I've gotten pretty good at telling when I'm just feeling queasy and when it will actually result in vomitting, but this was neither of those; I had no warning and didn't feel queasy or nauseated at all :confounded:
  • I've been having nausea when I wake up before I eat breakfast, only not quite as bad.  Like first tri all over again.  I thought I was done with this!

Does anyone else feel like they have restless legs? This is going to make me sound extremely insensitive, but when I would have patients with RLS I always assumed it was because they were not active at all. But in this last week, I can go for a few mile walk and lay down and my legs just feel so restless. It's bizarre to me....and extremely annoying.
  • @MKRLTX, yes. I feel like I'm crawling out of my skin and I know it's not from lack of activity. It's something I get during pregnancy that fortunately goes away when I deliver.

  • Seriously painful leg cramps this afternoon. This is a new one for me, and I can't believe how sore I am from them. I feel for you ladies who get them a lot!
  • @jennas312, I would wait for a sleep study until pregnancy is over. Your body is so different now that you wouldn't want to base long-term treatment on how you feel/ snore now. Both of my kids and myself have had them. I know more about sleep disorders than I care to. Anywho, you could be congested or swollen from hormones and there's a tiny little person taking up space in your belly so everything shifts! This might be temporary.

  • I have started getting the belly tightening/Braxton hicks if I am too active or don't drink enough.  I really need to remember how pregnant I am and slow down every once in awhile.

  • Is clumsiness a symptom? I just sliced off the tip of my finger in attempt to prep dinner for tomorrow   :s

  • @Knottie42089123 haha yeah it hurts like a b!%*h. Hoping I don't have to go and get real stitches.

  • @BellaO21 ouch! And yes, clumsiness is a symptom. In the process of loosening up necessary joints to prepare for labor, the body loosens up unnecessary joints as well. Fun times! I would never call myself graceful, but pregnancy just makes it worse.
  • @FSUNole31 @Wearmi1. I get the leg cramps in my cakves too. I have found that if i get out of bed and pace back and forth for a couple of minutes it goes away.
