12w 6d, feeling depressed lately

in 2nd Trimester
Im pregnant with my 3rd child, DD is 10 months old (had a wonderful pregnancy with her). Lately I've been feeling very down in the dumps, extremely fatigued and sad. I've been incredibly ill with this baby, and am still on low dosage antidepressant. I need to be out of this funk! Help!
