Ventilation question

The nursery door was super squeaky so I sprayed a WD40-like product on the hinges. The nursery window was open and the door leading outside (next to the nursery) was also open. We have an air exchanger unit in our condo too. My question is: How long do I need to ventilate before it's safe to close everything up? I want to put him down for his nap but don't want him enclosed with the fumes. I couldn't find anything online to answet my question.

If you can still smell it maybe put a fan in the doorway or window. I wouldnt worry about it too much. Especially if you just gave it a couple shots on a hinge. I recently wd-40ed my glider and the fumes weren't too bad after.
