R/R: Well, I am either in my FW or getting close, but DH is having some performance issues. The rate things are going, I'm going to be out for sure. It doesn't help that I'm sick, so I'm not super into it. I told him that next cycle I wouldn't tell him when FW was, but it doesn't help him now for this cycle. Of all things that can go wrong while TTC, I didn't expect this!
CS/Q: temp spiked yesterday, but I don't think I O'd since all of the opks I've peed on have been super duper negative.
GTKY: How many siblings do you have? Do you wish you had more or fewer? My mom had two boys and me. I'm the middle child. My father has some kids, but I don't count them because they were never really a part of my life. My older brother is 9 years older and we aren't close at all. My younger brother is 7.5 years younger and I adore him, even though I really wanted him to be a girl when he was born. I don't wish I had more or fewer siblings, but I'm glad that I wasn't an only child.

R/R: Had incredibely high workload in the past 2,5 weeks... sorry for going completely AWOL. I've worked through weekends, gosh it is great that it is over
CS/Q: well my temps are crazy, I was supposed to O on Sunday (maybe Sat) but still no stable high temp. I had 2 high temps during the weekedn - but I woke up way later than I usually temp (thought I need the sleep, see above, and temps will stay up after O anyhow, so I might not know the exact O day, but that 1 day of uncertainty woth the sleep). My temps are however not high enough yet, it is still 0.2 degrees under my usual post O temps.
I've discarded the Saturday high temp (because Friday would have been waaaay too early for me to O, and I have no CH. If I keep Saturday's high temp FF gives me CH for Friday. Any thoughts? :S

Although, to be completely honest due to the months/cycles numbers at the top of my post, I don't feel like it is going to matter any more... Would be good to know when to expect AF though.

I'm an only child from the original marriage. My dad remarried and I have a half brother (8 yrs younger) and a half sister (11 yrs younger). I'm closer to my brother because we're a bit closer in age. We used to play video games for hours together when I would visit my dad over the weekends. That and I used to make him brush my hair and give me back rubs lol

R/R: It's supposed to be absolutely beautiful today (high of 69 which should be the 4th or 5th record breaking day in a row), but it's very foggy right now. I was hoping to wake up to some sunshine since my office doesn't have windows and I won't be able to appreciate it most of the day.
CS/Q: Does anyone else's OPKs darken, then lighten, then darken again? My surge is super short (last cycle negative after work, positive before bed, negative the next morning). I forgot to test before going to bed last night and Wondfo is lighter today than it was yesterday after work. Not sure if I missed my surge or not. At least I'm temping so I'll be able to confirm O when it happens without OPKs.

I have one sister who is younger. It's hit and miss whether we got along. We're complete opposites of each other so that makes it hard sometimes. She and my mom are very similar while I'm kind of the black sheep so there's some jealously there as well. Growing up I always wanted an older sister to talk to. Now I have a SIL who is nine years older than me and we get along really well so it all worked out.

I have one younger sister. We don't get along since we are very different human beings which is sad. We live 30 minutes away from each other but probably only see each other 4 or 5 times a year. I wish we were closer, but she can't NOT argue with me when we are together so we mostly avoid seeing each other.
@morado23 - Have you used OPKs before? There are some girls on here who can't turn them, so it's still possible that spike was O. FX for your timing and a pretty chart!
@Anna_1021 - I'm glad work is dying down! It sounds like you've had a rough couple of weeks/weekends.

I have one sister who is 10 years older. When I was little and she was in college, I'd actually forget that she existed (true story). We're getting closer as I get older and always had a good relationship. I can't say I ever felt left out in the sibling department. I'm one of 12 cousins on my mom's side. My sister is the 2nd oldest and I'm the 3rd youngest. We used to get together for every major holiday, so I think that sort of satisfied that desire.

@morado23 Sometimes it is just difficult to get in the right mindset to HIO, for both of you. It might be at no use for you, but last time we had problems like this we started to talk in bed before hio (we've been trying for quite a while so it is okay to admit that at 10 pm after a hard day we might not be in the right mood for it). We just walked into the bedroom, kissing, talking, ended up laughing a lot and that resolved the pressure and the mood thing.

They are still living and beautiful. They made me feel so loved that day, and they still make me smile. Sometimes it's the little things in life, right?

I have one brother and one sister but they are both way older. They are like 10-15 years older than me. Growing up I wanted nothing more than to have a sibling my age. We were always pretty close, but its hard when you're 10 and your siblings are 20-25 to be super close. It was cool because they would take me places and did the fun things like teach me to drive. But at the same time, they were almost like another set of parents. I remember being particularly annoyed when I skipped school one day in high school and they ratted me out to my parents. But now that we're adults, we're super super close. We talk all the time.

morado23 Not telling your DH when FW might help. I found during the first two cycles that DH knowing we were HIO to TTC was not good. We had multiple situations of performance issues. For the last 3 cycles, I didn't mention it all and it was much better. I also realized that HIO earlier in the evening, rather than later (so before 8pm) helped us too.
@FLAshley Ugh, dreams like that are the worst! Luckily for me, those only happen around O and then go away.

Rave: I was so productive yesterday. We ran errands, shopped, took the dogs for a walk and exercised together.
Rant: I have two. It seems like my insomnia patterns have switched. For my first 3 cycles it was to really bad during my LP. Now, for two cycles, it seems to be during AF. Ugh. Still taking natural calm, which helps, but need to look more into blood sugar issues since I seem to be dropping a lot more often.
Also, looks like AF is on her way out. I am happy it was more normal flow and lasted a full 48 hours, but was wishing for at least three days. But, I will take the marked improvement!

I have a brother (11 months older) and a sister (6 years younger). I am fine with that amount. My brother and I have been closer growing up due to age closeness. We are actually the same age for about 11 days out of the year. I have no idea how my mother kept her insanity with us being so close and not the best behaved. I have become closer with my younger sister over the last few years now that she is an adult/in college. It's tough because she lives a few states away, but she has lived with us for two summers to do internships, so that helped with our relationship.

KariAnn323 Do you mean OPK's changing intensities on the same day or over several days. I have both that happen. I think its normal. YOu might get one surge on a given day, so only one pos OPK and the ones before and after are neg. And the same can happen the next day. So I had 2 pos OPK's this cycle, but that was from 3 tests per day (I know you are supposed to do 2, but whatever, they were wondfo's) and each day, only 1 of 3 was pos.
kiwi2628 I totally love acupuncture time. Its like a mini mental health spa moment. Also the practitioners are so involved and concerned about your body and how you are feeling and doing. Its a mini therapy session too. I love my ladies, they are all so sweet and supportive
LoveInDC Your cycle looks a lot like mine, except you have lots more days of fertile quality cf, so that has to make it more confusing. Do you just eventually get breakthrough bleeding or do you have to get AF jump started with meds?

I'm super crampy and bloated and tired so much so that yesterday I literally thought my period was coming and I wore pads all day just in case it surprised me. Today i'm wearing Thinx (period panties) because I hate pads. Just so hard to know what my body is trying to do

GTKY: How many siblings do you have? Do you wish you had more or fewer? I am number 4 of 6 kids. Our tribe is super tight. We fight but really its us against the world and we would do anything for each other. I always felt the reason I was so confident growing up was that I never needed anyone else. Kids couldn't get me to compromise myself by saying they wouldn't be my friend if I didn't go along with their bad behavior (like ignoring whoever they wanted to ignore that day) I would always be like fine... Ive got 5 best friends at home, I don't need you! Ive always felt that way and still do.

I haven't contacted my docs because I'm sure they would just want to put me on meds if I haven't ovulated (I still don't know!) So i'm just going to stick it out too! I've never had a cycle this long unless it was *tw* post mc *tw* So its cray... But yup... id rather be the one with too much CF than too little. I was freaking out because mine didn't come on schedule...
honestly that would bother me the most.... I used to dislike one of my middle brothers ex'es and still actively dislike my oldest bros ex, but if I didn't have access to the kiddies I'd be really hurt. Luckily even with adult dislike we get to be with the kids

GTKY: How many siblings do you have? Do you wish you had more or fewer? I have 4 siblings. My parents split and remarried when I was young, so I have 2 stepbrothers and two half sisters. My youngest sister (the kid my mom and stepdad had together) is 13 years younger than me, and I don't really feel like I can relate to her, but I'm sure that'll come with time - I like my other sister a lot more since she turned 17, so really excited to be that way with my youngest sister too. I love my brothers, but I love their wives more haha!

This time it was, (possible T/W) "Well now you really have to work on it because our cousin is pregnant and she's already 18 weeks!" (end possible T/W) Their cousin just got married in the fall, and we started trying in April. So that was extra fun.

R/R: I got a positive OPK on Monday and I've had EWCM the past three days! I've never seen EWCM before, and the only other time I ovulated I got the OPK on CD 21, so I was shocked to see it on CD 12. I haven't gotten crosshairs yet and I have a blood test on Monday to make sure I really did ovulate. But I'm really hopeful!
