How far along are you? 34 weeks

How big is baby? Butternut squash

Appointments this week? Yes! Tomorrow.

Symptoms? Waddling, exhausted, grumpy, baby hiccups

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Nothing.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Our condo sold and now we are looking for a place to buy. Not easy when there are no houses on the market

GTKY: If they made a movie of your life, what would it be about and which actor would you want to play you? It might be about watching kids who are going bonkers while trying to keep them from making messes. Cameron Diaz would be the best fit

How far along are you? 33 weeks

How big is baby? friggin huge I think. She was over 4.5 pounds last week so I'm guessing close to 5 pounds if not more.

Appointments this week? nope, off week

Symptoms? ducks are my new "people" as I have the waddle down pat right now. sciatic nerve pain like a mother. I have to pee all the time and I can't roll over in bed/get off the couch/bed over without sounds effects.

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? we had our first of two showers yesterday and it was so great. This morning DH and I went thru everything, got it organized/put away. He even installed the car seat base and mirror in the car. I told him it was probably a little early but he's getting excited.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Rave: its 68 out right now so we have some of the windows open. We never get weather like this in February (Illinois) Rant: seriously, my back hurts.

GTKY: If they made a movie of your life, what would it be about and which actor would you want to play you? this is a tough one.... I would probably want Emma Stone to play me. I feel like she represents me well. As to what it would be about? My family, friends, and our sillyness and probably some prison drama because you gotta have drama in a movie.

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? we had an afternoon date with DH.. I think this is the last chance we have alone time for a while before the baby arrives.

Rants/Raves/Questions: the conundrum of wishing I had more maternity clothes but it's so close to not needing then anymore.

GTKY: If they made a movie of your life, what would it be about and which actor would you want to play you? Vin diesel just because my life is pretty mundane and I'd watch any movie with him in it.

How big is baby? No clue- and the fruit/veggie references doesn't make sense anymore. I'm just big.

Appointments this week? Regular check up Thursday.

Symptoms? More of the same. Plus I'm starting to get really grumpy.

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Cleaned out the kitchen cabinets. My mom is coming over every Sunday from now on to entertain DS while I get stuff done around the house. (DH works every weekend.)

Rants/Raves/Questions: Rant- I had a terrible dream last night that I had the baby (it was a girl), and kept forgetting about her, even went days without feeding the baby- and I wouldn't let DH give her a bottle because I wanted to EBF! I woke up today feel terrible about it. Rave- The weather here is wonderful! 60+ degrees in Ohio in February is amazing. I have had the windows open all weekend.

GTKY: If they made a movie of your life, what would it be about and which actor would you want to play you? OMG this is a super difficult question. Everyone says I look like Amy Adams, but I think I would like Rachel McAdams to play me. However, it would be a super boring movie!

Appointments this week? Wednesday afternoon with my new midwives!

Symptoms? So many aches and pains, but most of that is probably from all the running around, packing, and travel I've been doing this past week. I'm exhausted.

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? We moved!! Flew to Maine yesterday with DD and our two cats, thankfully with my mom to help. DH is still at our house as the movers come today and he'll fly up tomorrow.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Flying with cats. Never again.

GTKY: If they made a movie of your life, what would it be about and which actor would you want to play you? I don't have the mental energy to come up with an answer to this one!

Symptoms? random insomnia

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? we picked up some stuff from H's cousin, extra car seats, rock n plays, etc, plus more remodeling of the upstairs

Rants/Raves/Questions: Writing this will probably jinx myself but the past few nights I've been taking my GD meds right before bed instead of before dinner and my fasting numbers are lower. I hope this trend continues

@rachelmiller03 I used to have really similar dreams about DS. I even had dreams that I would forget about him and leave him in the car (he was born in July)

I think it's just our subconscious working out and processing our fears of becoming parents. I haven't had any dreams of that sort for this baby, wonder if it will happen....

How far along are you? 31 weeks but at my ultrasound yesterday baby is measuring at 33. I've felt since day one that I was further along than they kept saying, so it's nice to have a mini vindication

How big is baby? Well, I actually know from my ultrasound (Thanks GD, I guess??). She was measuring 4 lbs 4 oz yesterday from the scan at MFM. She looked JUST LIKE her big sister in the face. I know she's still in utero, but I'm not even kidding.

Appointments this week? Just the one yesterday. Don't have to go back for 2 weeks and then I start weekly and NSTs

Symptoms? Well, the GD diagnosis has been as weird as it sounds, a god send. I was really negative during weeks 23-28 and I couldn't figure out what the heck my problem was. Since I've been following the diet, I'm now a normal level of cranky for a pregnant lady

Heartburn is still horrific which is hard because my iron was on the lower side and I'm suppose to be taking supplements, but I know the antacids can interfere. Other than that, I'm feeling pretty okay!

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? We got our completion discount for Amazon and ordered some essentials we no longer had from DD - baby bathtub, a new changing table (hers is still in excellent condition but it doesn't match the room), newborn diapers, etc. I'll probably make a similar order from Target this time next month.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Food ideas for this GD diet! Eventually I am not going to be able to stomach peanut butter, string cheese or greek yogurt.

GTKY: If they made a movie of your life, what would it be about and which actor would you want to play you? Who I'd want and who they'd get are probably different. I don't always love Natalie Portman but that's the celebrity I hear the most (which is funny since we're naming this baby Natalie). My voice is on the raspier/deeper side though, not quite Demi Moore but probably a bit more Emma Stone. Also... is it possible to answer this question without sounding totally full of yourself? Like I don't actually look a lick like Natalie Portman. I remember way back when it was "doppleganger" week on facebook and even if people DID look like a celebrity, people were like "I can't believe she thinks she looks like Rachel McAdams!" (except my friend totally did).
