@HGRich I love the size, big enough for a changing pad but small enough for our tiny nursery. I actually got it at a store here in the UK called Argos, sorry not much help for you!
Anyone else making nursery progress lately?! Finally got our curtains and storage bins. We're pretty much set at this point, or at least as set as we're planning to get since we are moving when he's about 6-7 weeks old. My husband said "you know he'll never actually live in this room, right?!" Haha. I still want it to be perfect!
@BabyBlake042017 Looks cute! Did you end up hanging that Mickey Mouse?
My nursery looks the same as when I showed you all the progress as of New Years. I'm waiting until my baby shower next weekend and until I can find a dresser. Everything out there is so expensive. Even used dressers...
Good luck with finding a dresser @KirstinH88!! I haven't hung Mickey yet haha, I'll wait until DH asks about it. Maybe I can delay hanging him until after our move
@kirstinh88 we bought DS'S nursery furniture from burlington coat factory and plan on using it for the new baby. It was pretty reasonable and they had dressers. It might be worth a look if you have one nearby.
My mom surprised me and sent me a photo of a baby quilt she has been working on for us!!! It still has to be quilted, but I already love it so much and can't wait to have it in the nursery! She'll bring it when she visits around the time baby is born!
@jennielynn+ That's a good idea! We are moving at the end of May so maybe I can save it for the new house! Our bathroom here is floor to ceiling tile. I'm definitely thinking Mickey gets relegated to a bathroom or playroom
It's done!!!! After all my bitching at DH to paint the walls and furniture back in November/December Now I have 7 weeks to kick back wait for Samuel to come.
@doozenberg we are using the 3M adhesive for our baby monitor. Especially since it's one that can be moved around. We got the Velcro adhesive for hanging pictures - got the one that can hold up to 12lbs.
Our entire house has all the pictures hung with 3M because we have plaster walls so you can't nail (eye roll emoji) those things are great! I didn't even think about using them for a video monitor!
I was thinking of using the 3M stuff as I didn't want holes in the drywall. I've the used the velcro stuff for pictures before an worked well. I think we'll use that.
Thanks for the tips ladies!

Finally got the cactuses painted on the nursery wall today! DD2 and DD3 will be sharing a bedroom. We also have a crib set up in our bedroom for the first few months! But I'll be giving her naps in the nursery so she can get used to it. Eta the dresser I redid yesterday!
@justdoit93 love love love the cacti! Funny bc I would have never thought to do that for a nursery/kids room and yet that's the second time I've seen that theme pop up today (first was on an instagram I follow) and been totally enthralled. You're so talented!
@justdoit93, awesome job on the dresser. I love it. I repainted almost all the furniture in LO nursery. It was all old furniture we had previously. It's great to reuse something you already have and plus it looks brand new anyway.

Re: Nursery Talk
@Omie_Wise a new frame will probably be great!

I love it! So nice! Quick question, how did you secure the baby monitor? With screws or something like 3M adhesive?
