I'm so so sorry and I pray you find peace. Hope you're blessed with your rainbow baby very soon. I know the "happy one minute then devastated the next" very well. 8 months ago, our son didn't have a heartbeat at our scan I had at 19 weeks. Baby stopped growing after about 17 weeks. I am so so sorry to hear this. It is a terrible thing to experience, and a second time is just not fair!!
My doctor, before I had any testing done, said I could take a baby aspirin daily and switch to methyl-folate vitamins without having an indication if I wanted to see if it would help. I didnt, but after my 2nd loss I had testing and discovered that I really should be on those things. All the hugs. Some insurances won't cover testing until after a 3rd (?????? So cruel!!) So this is a change you can make yourself if you want to try something. And a baby aspirin is the number 1 addition for RPL.
Starting new medicine should always be considered a big deal, even a baby aspirin, so ask your doctor if there are any risks involved, i.e. you have clotting issues or low platelets.

Losing a child is soul-crushing, no matter how tiny they are. My heart is with you in this very difficult time. Take all the time you need to heal. You and your husband will hold your rainbow baby someday.
