It's probably a baby? (For real though, unless the ultrasound tech told you anything at the appointment, I doubt anyone can tell what's going on in these pictures.)
I'd also say human. Mine at 10 weeks looked like a human skull with the body of a Thanksgiving turkey, so, guess I'll find out more at 20 week ultrasound ;-)
