Heart rate 6w ultrasound

I'm hoping for some encouraging thoughts and possibly some happy outcomes that have resulted from others in my situation.
I miscarried twice last year, in January at 6w1d and in late March at 4w, the day after my bfp. HCG declined very slowly from that and wasn't resolved until early May. We took some time off, did lots of testing, and got the go-ahead to try again in August. I take optimized folate and a daily baby aspirin; the RE thinks they could help, but really the testing didn't offer much in the way of an explanation.
We tried on our own for several months (I think conception happened, but no implantation, in two of the five months we were trying) and were about to start the process of IVF when the RE drew blood and confirmed I'm pregnant again. Two follow-up HCG draws looked good. I had some bleeding at 6w1d and went to the ER but everything looked ok--sac in the right location, HCG good, cervix closed. I had an infection, and recently finished a course of antibiotics for that.
so i eagerly anticipated my first early non-emergency ultrasound this past Monday. We saw a heartbeat (!!). However, it is 87 and should be 100+. By the calendar I was 7w2d but they measured me at 6w4d (not unreasonable, as I think I do ovulate a little late).
the dr is "cautiously optimistic" but I am constantly worrying. I still have symptoms but am concerned about a missed MC. We have another appointment on Monday 2/13 and are obviously hoping for better news. I recognize that most ladies don't have u/s so early, and therefore most women wouldn't even know to be worrying at this point.
Anyone else here have a low heart rate during an early ultrasound and have it turn out ok?? The data I've found aren't encouraging, but sometimes anecdotes are.
