I'm sorry to hear that. Don't take offense to my gif, it's just one of my favorites. I don't hate you, planning your own shower is tacky, but I get there are extenuating circumstances.
I'm helping my mom plan my shower because she sucks at planning. She needs my help every step of the way. I think it's tacky to completely throw yourself a shower, but not to help with the planning at all!
We ended up registering on Amazon and Babies R Us. I like Buy Buy Baby better but it's over 30 minutes away from our house and BRU is just a more convenient place for us to make returns/exchanges if needed. So exciting that our showers are coming up!
