Homemade gluten free banana bread

that my hubby so nicely dragged out the mixer and made the other night! It is rare that we keep bananas around long enough for them to ripen but I bought an extra batch at the store this past weekend just for the bread.

Today I'm having hard-boiled eggs, banana, and peppermint tea (after freaking myself out researching whether it's even safe or not).
Now I'm heading to Einsteins Bagels for a free bagel!

Im eating mostly carbs and lots of cereal. Haven't been eating much meat or veggies but I've been eating at least 2-3 servings of fruit a day.
