  • I've been loving egg salad sandwiches on gf multigrain bread. For some reason, the idea of eggs for breakfast makes me sick, but it's all I want for lunch. I feel like I've lost my appetite that was in overdrive last week!
  • I gave in and had a ham sandwich today for lunch, it was so good!

  • All the carbs still. And grapefruit. The majority of food doesn't sound appetizing but that doesn't keep me from eating.

  • Pizza.  Had a pizza lunchable for lunch today (throwback to elementary school lol) and now all I want for supper is a cheesy, hot piece of pepperoni pizza from pizza hut!

  • Chocolate.  I basically want chocolate all the time. Luckily, or unluckily, this is a good time of year for having chocolate readily available.

  • All the citrus fruits! My counter looks like a orange grove.

    My nausea is mostly gone but I still can't stomach the idea of certain foods I used to love, like chicken or tomato sauce in all forms ( pizza, pasta..). Even the idea of cooked sushi isn't sitting well.

  • vegetarian dishes, fruits, special K cereal, carbs. Any kind of meat makes me nauseous, I want my appetite back.

    This is so me right now. I usually love meat, chicken, turkey, beef but lately I just cannot stomach it, so salads and cereal have been staples for me. Oh and grilled cheese sandwiches. 
  • Veggies and dill dip. I literally can't get enough of it.

  • Chocolate covered strawberries! Can't get enough!  and citrus  but I'm fighting a cold so maybe that's why  
  • All the veggies. Steamed broccoli is my fave but I can dig into a nice salad too!!!

  • I made homemade gf veggie and chicken noodle soup today...it was amazing. I'm also making more bone broth to drink throughout the day and for future soups. I've been really trying to stick to clean eating, best I can. I wish my man would stop buying crap! It's taking all my will power not to eat cookies and KitKats.
