I think there should be a disclaimer to customers looking to call and insult my intellegence during the next few months.
It should say something along the lines of " Thank you for holding.... we applogize in advance for any sudden outbursts by our dispatchers for those of you calling with half a brain today..."
I recieved a call from a very angry man saying we were late to his service appointment that he set up with ME on friday. First I dont work on fridays so this man who insisted he spoke directly to me is wrong to start with. So I let him go on and after about 5 minutes of his belittling I finally told him how I dont even work on fridays, then he checked his phone number and realized he called the wrong company...

I hear ya... Customer aren't my problem. Its temp agencies that act like i'm lying to them. One day I'm going to go off on them.....
