Good options! My favorite of these is Lewis, b/c it's underused and not so common (my impression). Isaiah is personally not my style (I tend to associate it with people I've met). Anthony is a solid choice but if you care about how far up the list it is in popularity, that might sway you.
I love Isaiah personally - it's a beautiful name for a boy and quite unique. I can't weigh in on Anthony personally as I have a negative name association that makes me biased (sorry!) but I do also think Lewis is a nice name, just nms. Good luck!

Isaiah is not a name I like. Every Isaiah my son has known has had severe behavioral issues (and there have been 3 of them!) If you like biblical names, consider Levi, Caleb or Jonah (or Jonas if the biblical thing isn't important to you.) Anthony seems dated to me (but not old fashioned enough to be cool.) I prefer Louis to Lewis as a first name. Have you considered Stewart?
