My birthday is Halloween, and it's alright. I have a feeling it's going to be less fun as an adult with a child, than it was as a child. But October in general is a great month!
I love love love having my birthday be in October!! There are so many upsides for October birthdays, but I can't think of a single downside to it.

And I missed the GBS talk, and obviously I'm one who was dreading it, but mine has been up the butt everytime!! I'm super paranoid about things like omg, please don't pull that out brown. And its not that I've never had anything go there, (I've had a weeny go there, but cut that off years ago)... I no longer want anything entering, it's strictly an exit only to me.
