How many months have you been TTC? Tried for 12 months a couple of years ago but no BFP. We decided to stop back then and agreed no more. Queue broodyness and a career change and we are back on the TTC wagon as of 3 weeks ago.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? PNV, lots of sex and raspberry leaf tea. I use teas for coughs, colds and other minor ailments so seemed natural to add it to the collection.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I have DD (7) and 2 fur babies, Staffordshire bull terrier and a Labrador. I'm a mature student aiming to become a teacher and my hubby works in banking. This site got me through those 12 months ttc a few years back and am looking forward to reprising my role as dirty lurker and love titter to the masses
Ages (you and SO): I am 21. DH is 23
How many months have you been TTC? This is our first cycle trying!
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? PNV, sex (duh!), I have been tracking my cycle for about 6 months.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) DH and I have been together for 7.5 years. Married for 1.5. We have a 10 month old daughter and really want our first two to be close in age! We have a dog and a cat! And purchased our first home in 2016! Hoping 2017 brings lots more good things for us!
Ages (you and SO): I'm 26 and he's 27
How many months have you been TTC? Just got AF today, beginning to try right after, so excited about it!
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Started taking PNV a week ago, cut out caffeine and seafood, already don't drink alcohol, tracking my cycle, got the health ok from my PC, and of course HIO
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) Married in July 2016! Have loved spending time together alone enjoying married life, but are both very ready and excited for a baby. Financial analyst for a law firm, DH is a software developer, we have a kitten we obsess over, we both love to read, ski, Netflix and (literal) chill and explore our neighborhood. I've been checking out the boards for a few weeks and wasn't sure how to introduce myself, so glad this thread was started! Hope to start contributing lots more after AF is gone

How many months have you been TTC?
Went off the pill in August, but we've only recently started TRYING trying in the last month or two.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?
Tracking my ovulation and HIO. We'll see how that works for a few months.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.)
My husband and I have been together for about 11 years and married for four. We really wanted to get settled; buy a house, travel, etc., before having kids and we think now it's finally the right time! I'm a nanny and the man works in tech. We've got 2 kitties that we spoil to death, but that's it for animals at the moment. I love having dinner parties, spending time in Napa drinking all the wine (it's only a 40 minute drive from us), eating cheese, and reading. I also watch every single trashy television show that has ever been created. It's my thing, ok?!
Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you guys. Hopefully, we'll all be moving on as soon as possible
Happy Tuesday!
are my favs!!

How many months have you been TTC? I'm not sure if I belong here yet, but I've been a lurker for a long time (I promise I'm not creepy!) so I've read the newbie threads and have witnessed the flaming of many MUD slingers, drive-bys, and random BFP flashers. We're planning on TTC #2 in September, but I'd like to become part of the community before then. *TW?* My best friend of 15+ years suffered from infertility for many years and our friendship definitely struggled when I got pregnant right after she and her husband were added to the waiting list at their adoption agency. The good news is that they placed with a baby girl who is only ten weeks younger than my son so despite the odds we are getting to raise our babies together. *TW end* I completely understand if some may not feel like I belong here and will fade back into the shadows if asked to do so. If I am welcomed I promise to use my experience with my friend to be compassionate to those who may be struggling and to become a contributing member.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Currently we are TTA. When TTC our son I charted my temps and timed intercourse to coincide with ovulation. There may have been Excel spreadsheets involved. Okay, there were definitely spreadsheets.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) My son, Isaac, will be 10 months old tomorrow. We have two kitties who are beginning to tolerate the baby. I work in product marketing and right now my favorite hobby is sleeping, but I also enjoy playing video/computer games, watching TV shows on Netflix, 80s and 90s pop culture, craft beer, bourbon/Scotch, cats, and Ohio State Buckeyes football.

How many months have you been TTC? long story
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? nothing at the moment, mc. Our doc said to wait a few aunt flow cycles so when we do get preggy, they'll have a solid base line.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) Together for almost 12 years & married 6.5 years. We have 2 fur babies (cats). We used to have a puppy, bully, but that didn't go well. We think it's my epilepsy he was scared of. Now he's with my cousin who has a female bully and a great life. I have epilepsy along with a crazy amount of other medical conditions. We sold our condo in August and were planning on moving to Florida after the holidays but that changed, ALOT. So for the time being, we're living with our parents again. He lives with his and I live with mine, really sux! But we see each other on the weekends, sometimes an extra day or 2. I have a pt job, nothing exciting. Love going to the gym for my 'group exercise' classes. I love binge watching on netflix and google play, sad I know, lol. .

How many months have you been TTC? 3 months now, we decided in Sept that we would start trying with my November cycle.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? PNV, some simple tracking, Trying to stay stress free about it and not put too much pressure on myself. I know it takes time and I'm working on going with the flow.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) DH and I are both social workers; we both work in mental health at different hospitals. I totally believe in the power of therapy and I love doing group therapy and helping people overcome life's challenges. No kiddos yet. We have 2 pound puppies that are both 3 and both awesome. We love to travel and did it big last year, so now everyone asks "where are you going next?" It has at least gotten them to stop asking "when are you having kids?" We've been married 5 years, together for 10. In the last year I've started doing yoga and love it. Also, enjoy watching sitcoms and light funny television, and some dramas every now and then. DH is a big football (soccer) fan, so that is usually on our TV on Saturday and Sunday. I love to read, like to keep those light as well, I do love some Harry Potter and have lost count as to how many times I've actually read the series.
We're not sharing our TTC with anyone for several reasons, so I'm really looking forward to the support and learning from you ladies.TTC#1 10/2016

Hi! I'm excited to get this show on the road! I'm about to ovulate for round number 1 and am so excited to be able to do this!
Ages (you and SO):
I am 35 and my husband is 42
How many months have you been TTC?
We just decided to start trying for a 4th (of course my husband made his change of heart riggggght after I ovulated last month, so its been a long month waiting to actually get to try!)
What are you doing to get knocked up ?
I have always used natural family planning as my contraception, so more of that but now get to focus on doing instead of avoiding. I am using OPK this month just to make sure I am getting a surge.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.)
I am really excited to be here. I did not think my husband would ever agree to try for a 4th (his 5th). He went as far as seeing a urologist after our last one, but never scheduled the snipping. For many reasons, despite having to do hardcore convincing for ALL of my previous pregnancies, he recently decided he wanted another! I'm hoping it works before he changes his mind!
Anyway, we have a teenager (my stepson), a 5yo, 4yo (15 months between the first two), and an 18 month old.
I am a medical doctor and my husband works doing ...stuff? We have been married 7 years.

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) 2 cats. Hobbies are makup, and getting into crafting plus I do Youtube vids. Job is reception at a bankruptcy firm, which I LOVE
