@JessKo08 I totally get the thrive in chaos thing. Before I moved to Texas I was a police trauma social worker for 9 different departments in the Chicago area. The more chaotic the crisis the more I was "on my game!"

I am a project manager for an Interior Design Firm. Started out as a designer, but I wasn't getting anywhere and realized most of the job was fixing problems. Since I was really good at that, I made this role for myself, then convinced the company to let me work remote! Hard to be alone all day, but I know it will be worth it when the little one gets here!
@b+k how do you like real estate compared to design? Is working most weekends tough with a family?
I work in R&D for a vegetable breeding company. We look for native traits in wild relative of veggies (quality trait, disease resistance, etc.) and fine map the genes involved so that we can breed these traits into our commercial varieties using molecular markers.
I am a public health nurse. Majority of my job is case management of people diagnosed with TB. The other part is infectious disease follow up (STIs, pertussis, hepatitis c, and so on) and I help run an STD clinic as well.
Also, I am supposed to be starting school in the fall. Going back to get my DNP.

Awesome diverse group, like a previous comment mentioned! I will finish my bachelors in biological engineering in May and am currently a Bioengineering Intern for a company that makes medical diagnostic equipment like hematology stainers and sweat test devices (test for cystic fibrosis) for hospitals and labs.
@pregnantaf Yes! You have the insanely handsome son and just updated your FB picture yesterday? My little man is Jackson and I was in CO last round. We moved out to CA last year
I am an aerospace engineer working in propulsion systems for DoD. I work on control systems, which include hardware and software related to fuel metering of aircraft engines. I am just shy of completing my MS in Systems Engineering. I have to do the final project, and I think with a brand new BFP there's probably no better time to get it done then this spring!
@stephann85 your job sounds awesome! My favorite clinical in grad school was at the health departments STD clinic. Are you an NP? Or going straight to DNP? I'm in a walk in clinic.
I'm an executive producer at TV station. I manage the morning show, so I have to be at work at 2am.
Ha! I've been a SAHM for the past year and a half now but before that I was a freelance camera operator for TV and film in Los Angeles for just shy of 20yrs. Worked in entertainment, news, sports etc... Since I've moved I've worked a handful of times on stuff that passes through my area...like the presidential debate and a soccer match. Was asked to do Super Bowl but it's waaay too many odd hours to juggle with my 2yo.
I am very impressed by all these ladies. Each and everyone of you are awesome! I am a "foreman"/supervisor for a construction campany. We specialize in the concrete work so we do anything from house to malls... I just love it...
I am am organic farmer and produce specialist. Work on a small, family owned farm and have for a few years. We take winters off but pull crazy hours in the summer. Work with my husband, two others, and the farm owner. I quit a law office assistant position to do this and I wouldnt have it any other way. It aligns with our values of sustainability and clean, minimal footprint living.
