What are everybody's workout plans looking like? I do Crossfit, run and also yoga. With Crossfit the only thing I have scaled is box jump ups to step ups. I will not modify anything else until my belly grows or until it seems uncomfortable. Running I probably will not start up again till Spring unless we get a warm day here or there this winter and my yoga teacher is already modifying poses for me. She has been SUPER anal about no forward bends to leave room for the baby and no using my abs. I wonder what she will think if I tell her I am still doing ab crunches at Crossfit?!

All jokes aside I am wanting to really at least walk/jog a lot throughout this pregnancy to keep my weight in check, to help build stamina, and to hopefully not have to be induced from going 8 days over my due date.
I am trying to be more active though. My goal is to make my dogs get up and be active with me. They currently would prefer watching TV on the couch to going for a run. So hopefully we can both exercise more. I definitely don't want to gain too much weight with this pregnancy.

I'm going to need to re-evaluate things now though as I truly don't want to put myself and baby at risk. I'll probably still ride some flat trails every now and then but I'm not about to go flying over any dirt jumps anytime soon.
My problem with most exercise is that I am less likely to do it if I am not having fun. I need to find something that I enjoy so that I'll be able to motivate myself to do it.
I'm registered for a March half marathon that I fully intend to run, so I'll be training for that. Our treadmill is currently out of commission and I lost gym access when we moved, so I'll be running outside in the snow all winter and riding my bike trainer.
In other words I am business as usual, pregnancy be damned.
