I have a gd clinic appointment tomorrow where i see a whole host of consultants/midwives/dieticians etc. I'll be 36 + 2 so it will probably be my last appointment before starlord makes her appearance as at my last appointment i was told i will probably be brought in to be induced between 38 & 39 weeks. shit is starting to get very very real!
34w regular check up on Wednesday. He'll be telling me what to expect now that I'm on medication for GD. I know he had said before that if I went on medicine, I'd have to start coming in for bi-weekly NSTs among some other things I don't remember. I'm slightly panicking that she's getting so close, but at the same time, I really just want these last few weeks to be over. I have to make up time at work and go in earlier whenever I'm out for any appointment, which just makes life more stressful in general.

Sizing this morning! He looks great, but also 5lb 15oz at 33w I have Monday NSTs and Friday BPPs here on out. I'm with you, @Aussie45, not sure how work is going to work.
@Lafreeman21 It's going to be a major PITA. Obviously, I'll do anything to keep LO safe, but thinking about all the appointments I'll need to go to and how this changes everything is really stressing me out.

@Aussie45 and @Lafreeman21 I'm doing biweekly NSTs too! It is for sure going to be a PITA and makes me worried abt my mat leave. I should have plenty of leave but, dang! Thats a lot of appointments!
Regular weekly appt on Wed and then twice weekly NSTs and weekly BPPs from here on out. Lots of time away from work but at this point not so sad about that.
Regular OB appt on Thursday. H is coming with me as we will be discussing the "What to expect" of my upcoming c-section. More info to throw my surgery anxiety over the edge

Regular OB check up this week at 33 weeks...I can't believe it's January. I feel like it was yesterday we were all checking in our stats for the spreadsheet!
36 week appointment today. I found out my baby has officially flipped, yeah Also they took my blood and pee and swabbed me. Check for infections, strep b and things like that. She also did my cervix check, I found out I am still closed Which is good since I need to work still for 3 more weeks. Now I will be seeing my doctor every week, eek.
I have an appointment tomorrow. (35 weeks)(Ultrasound first, then appointment) I haven't seen the doctor since December 9 but I think everything should be ok. I am hoping I won't have to have weekly ultrasound and NSTs but at least if I do it can only be for another few weeks. (Last time they started much earlier)
Weekly appointment on Wednesday w/ bpp and growth ultrasound. I'll be 33+6 -- pretty stoked and gaining confidence in my ability to carry these ladies for a few more weeks! Only thing currently stressing me out is all of the pelvic pressure. Both are head down, I've dropped, and they just need to chill out.
Regular OB appt on Wednesday. I think the office manager messed my schedule up with the Holidays because I go in for this week at 35, then go again at 37, 38, 39, and 40, but I thought I was supposed to start going weekly at 36. I'll find out the results from my MFM appt 3 weeks ago as well. Baby's kidneys are bigger than they should be, but my doctor in VA wasn't seeing any cysts, blocks, or fluid to make him want to induce or deliver early, so fingers crossed that all looks good to this doctor too!
Oh wow @janefelicity! That really does seem to make shit real! You have only a couple weeks left. I had to let that sink in for a minute!
Im 34 weeks today and have to go for another growth ultrasound this Friday on the 6th. I think I go in next Monday the 9th for a regular checkup at 35 weeks which is a little off schedule but eh whatever. I can finally go back and see my counselor Thursday too which I'm SO looking forward to. I usually see her weekly but she took the last 2 weeks off so I've really missed her.

I have a feeling it really will get to be a lot (plus the meal planning and just daily life). Does it take away from your mat leave at all? I told my boss that I would possibly be having a lot more appointments and thankfully she was fine with it. It just needs to be under 2 hours and made up at some point during the week to make sure I stay at 40 hours. I'm glad they have that rule because it doesn't necessarily count against me if I can do it that way. Slightly less stressful

RR: mat leave. It depends on how much of a dick my boss wants to be... We have comp time available to use but my boss doesn't like to let us use it. So I've been trying to do 4:30 appointments so I can go in early and leave early. Usually my boss doesn't object to that.
I have my 36 week OB check up on Thursday morning. Just the usual I guess since we did gbs test and cervix check last week. The countdown is on - 3 weeks from yesterday unless she decides to come on her own before then. I'm ready but I'm also freaking out.
I think this is my last week with no OB appt, but I'm going to the chiropractor tomorrow to see if she has any magic she can work on my back. I may add her in weekly from now on - I'd been trying to minimize visits and time off work so far, but I've reached the point where I just don't care. My next 2 OB appts are earlier in the day to avoid traffic, and get me home at a decent time.
appointment this afternoon, just a regular 2 week check in. However, I have been trying to transfer care so I can attempt VBAC, and go to a better hospital, and the women in the office have not been cooperative/helpful about transferring my medical records, so I will be dealing with that as well
I think this is my last week without an appointment of some sort! Regular checkup + growth scan next week, meet and greet with a pediatrician the following week, regular checkup the week after that, then I may be on to weekly appointments!
Had my appt today back to being small measuring 30 weeks and I'm 33 tomorrow . 2 weeks till my next appt whereally they will do the gbs and recheck my measuring . If I'm still behind by more than 2 weeks then I'll have a ultrasound . Yay
Regular appt today. 34 weeks today also and everything appears to be normal/on track. Start weekly appointments now. That made me realize this is really happening.
So happy to be the boring patient. All my life I have wanted or strived to stand out, be different, exceptional, special, etc. Never been so thankful to be average and boring. Hopefully it continues.

Went for my 32w appt this morning. When we were listening to the heartbeat the MW noticed she is having premature heartbeats (ironically what I also have). So, now I get sent to MFM again for another ultrasound to make sure there are no serious defects in her heart. While my MW felt 99% sure everything is still ok based on heart rate, I'm definitely still worried I guess the one piece of silver lining is we will get to see her again - we haven't since our anatomy scan at 19 weeks
Had my 33wk appointment today. First time my OB has really said anything negative about my weight gain He wasn't too harsh just said well you did have the holidays in between this and the last appointment and that hopefully the holiday cookies were gone now... I told him almost. Honestly I partly blame DH he decided he didn't like any of the cookies from my parents and my mom gave me a ton so I've been the only one eating them all. Everything else looks good though.

When is your ultrasound? I get why you worry despite being reassured. Fx all goes well and baby's heart is doing great! Keep us updated.

Just have my regular biweekly appointment today. Not sure if they will test for strep b this time or in two weeks, but that should be coming up soon. 35 weeks on Friday! Also need to go get my thyroid bloodwork done tomorrow, make sure numbers are still steady.
I'm sitting at the office waiting for my doc. My appointment time was 9:30 and I'm having bh while sitting here. Shorter day at work though I guess.
ETA - I finally saw the doctor at 11am haha. Everything looked good, gbs came back negative from last week, and I scheduled my last 2 appointments (if she lasts that long).
I had my regular 33w prenatal appointment yesterday. Same old, same old. I go back at 35w for regular check up and GBS test, then at 36 weeks for an ultrasound.

@concreteangell@WinchesterGirl They couldn't squeeze me in tomorrow so I have to wait until Monday. I just need to try not to think about it this weekend but easier said than done for someone with anxiety! Thanks for the T&Ps!
Had OB appointment on Tuesday for measurement, Strep B culture (icky but incredibly fast), and a manual check for position. I was 36+1 and ladypants still hasn't flipped yet. Today movement has been insane, with some all-new sensations, tons of tugging and new parts in new places, so perhaps she's finally done it? US tomorrow will reveal all.

I had my first weekly appointment today (35 week) and my first NST (also doing weekly). You guys, I think the nurse hooking me up to the machine was new, it took over 5 minutes to find the heartbeat. She looked panicked, so I started panicking. Another nurse comes in to help. At one point there were three nurses trying to get me hooked up. Then everything was just fine and they said baby looked perfect. But holy cow what a stressful few minutes. They took my blood pressure immediately after.
