just made zucchini last night. steamed and pureed. i imagine it'll go over as well as other squashes have. no too fond of eggplant myself, so i don't think that's going to happen.
I made all of the above. I steamed them all (I did peel the eggplant first based on recs from wholesomebabyfood about it causing digestive issues otherwise) and then pureed and added a little water to thin. I'm not sure if the nanny has given him any of those yet or not since I just made them two weeks ago and she typically feeds him his veggie puree before I get home.

We went to a Japanese steakhouse a couple of weeks ago and I just feed DD pieces of my zucchini from my plate. I'm going to make some here (I haven't yet) and I will just steam it and cube it.
I've made both zucchini and eggplant, and I just steamed and pureed them. DD had zucchini for the first time about a month ago, and we're on day 2 of eggplant. She loves them both.
