Which boy name do you prefer?

Hey all! DH and I are expecting a boy in the spring! Which do you prefer out of our top 3 contenders?
Luca Paul (DH says it might be "too ethnic" since we have an Italian last name)
River Paul (too unusual?)
Silas Paul
mn is set in stone after FIL. Suggestions welcome! Other names we like but don't love include Sebastian, Oliver (the only top 10 I would consider), Damien, Jameson, Julien, Sullivan. I just realized our list has a lot names ending in "n" haha! Definitely not on purpose or requirement!

First vote for Luca and then River. Silas, I cant help but think of Duck Dynasty, but that's because my husband watches that show all the time. Lol
