@adirat There's something about this cycle! I am hardcore BSC with wanting to pee on all things and google all things.
Month/Cycle: 19/9
CD/DPO: 19/5-6
Timing: ED
Testing: I'm thinking Monday
R/R: It's snowing again
Q/CS: none
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? No but I kind of wish we did. Our wedding song was L.O.V.E by Michael Buble. We wanted a timeless classic but it's really not significant to us.
R/R: The sun is out which definitely helps my mood a bit.
Q/CS: Ok, I've never had 13-day LPs, and my temp is never up this high at this point. Sooo, knowing that I had temping issues this cycle, I'm thinking I really did O later. Any guesses on when? Considering temps are iffy, I really only have OPKs to rely on. At any rate, this is very unusual for me.
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? Nope, not that I can think of anyway.
@LadyMillil What type of bleeding do you have? Is it breakthrough? I have been battling excessive bleeding while HIO and occasional other random bleeding for the past 5 months or so. I went to my regular OB, he did an U/S and found a cyst. I had a follow up and the cyst was gone. He said everything else was normal and not to worry about it. I made an appointment in January with a new OB and I will be asking for an HSG and possibly a referral to an RE. Is there anything else you would recommend that I ask for/about? ***TW*** I also had a previous ectopic **End TW**
Month/Cycle:8/7 (nearly to month and cycle rollover...)
CD/DPO: 25/10
Timing: decent
Testing:I was strong and did not test today, will test tomorrow at home and at the hospital prior to surgery
R/R: I broke my toe yesterday...WTF self, stop kicking things. I dont need to be gimpy along with having a hand in a cast. I am ready for this week to be over with. Rave: DH was able to get the day off work tomorrow and be my responsible adult to bring me home from the hospital.
Q/CS: temps are still up, but if things follow the usual trend they should begin dropping tomorrow
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? God bless the broken road by raskle flatts (sp?)
@adirat dont go down the hole!, be strong! @alysapuggles I really think you O'd on CD 16. you have a nice dip it lines up with the OPKs and the change from fertile CM. What does FF do if you dont discard that temp?
*TW*
TTC 1/2012 Diagnosed : unexplained infertility 6 rounds of IUI and a MC 2/2014, rainbow twins 4/2015 TTC #3 5/2016 Restarted Fertility tx IUI 2 rounds, baby girl 12/17
@alysapuggles I'm at a loss with your chart. I guess CD16 is possible with OPKs and some temp alignment, but CM doesn't match up. If your LP is always the same length, then I guess CD16?
@wabash15 Ouch! You need a break between your hand and your toe. Hope they will heal up quickly. I just tested it because surprisingly I had not tried that. I counted the CD 12 high temp, and it moved my O day to CD17! Ahhh! It also moved my coverline up to 98ish which is oddly high for me. But the two 99ish temps were when I was sick and had slight fever, so I just don't know. It's a big mess this cycle. CD16 or 17 would definitely be more "normal" for me, but I'm not sure what to think. I would say CD16 might be possible looking at the other stuff.
@adirat I know, it's confusing. Yeah, I'm pretty much always 10-11 day LP. Longest I've had is 12. I just messed it up too much with bad temping/sickness.
@wabash15 Sorry about your toe! Hope everything heals quickly!
Month/Cycle: 7/8
CD/DPO: 21/7
Timing: -5, -4, -3, -1
Testing: Ugh I don't know!!!!
R/R: The BSC is strong this cycle. My past two temps have been the highest I have had yet, which of course has made me way to optimistic. I really do not want to end up getting my hopes up, so I really just need to bring myself back down to reality.
Q/CS: Link is in siggy if you feel like helping a girl remain sane... GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? Nope, didn't even have a wedding song.
@wabash15 good luck with surgery! And I love that song
@adirat do you think you'll continue with the acupuncture when you get KU? It's so freaking expensive ugh
Month/Cycle: 18/12 (five months of surgeries and medicine) I'm thankful just to be on the trying bus again
CD/DPO: 23/6
Timing: the best since we've started this process
Testing: I am trying really hard to wait until AF is late on cd31, but my temps always drop on cd28, two days before AF, so if they don't this cycle I will probably cave
R/R: honestly at this point I feel like it will never happen. Which I know is ridiculous since I'm young, have plenty of time (a fact my family and friends love to tell me over and over) and besides the endometriosis (which I had surgery to take out a month ago) there is no obvious reason we can't get KU. I guess I'm just feeling kind of blah and hopeless right now
Q/CS: none
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song?
All of me by John Legend we were having trouble agreeing on a wedding song, I wanted everyday by rascal flats and he didn't like the song. One day I heard all of me on the radio and texted DH about it and he texted me back that he was literally listening to the same radio station and having the same thought, so it was meant to be!
CD/DPO: 25/11 or 12... maybe 9? At this point I haven't a clue.
Timing: I thought it was decent.
Testing: Remember when I said I wasn't testing until Friday or Saturday if AF hadn't shown?
I couldn't resist. FF said I should test today. I blame FF. All I know is I've never had an LP longer than 11 days. Kinda glad I did it, though, so that my hopes wouldn't keep increasing.
R/R: I started DH on his vitamins almost two weeks ago, but started him on a low dose and have been slowly increasing it to the recommended full dose - just to make sure it doesn't upset his stomach, etc. We'd discussed THREE TIMES that the recommended full dose is 6 pills per day. Well yesterday was his first day on the full dose, and I'll be damned if he didn't complain and act shocked at the amount of pills.
Q/CS: I got nothin'
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? Nope. He's the kind of guy who likes music, but never really pays attention to lyrics. Just so that I have something relevant to contribute: I walked down the aisle to Joshua Radin's "Today" and I wanted our first dance to be "Take it from Me" by the Weepies, but DH vetoed that. In all fairness we didn't realize we'd even be having a first dance (long story), so we had one hot minute to decide on a song, and since we were in Jamaica we only had access to songs on my iPod. We landed on the cliche but good "You and Me" by DMB.
@Pinky917 Sorry I can't help you -- when my chart looks like yours, I start thinking I'm triphasic and spiral into BSC. Don't be me essentially?
@bluejeanbabi05 Not sure about acupuncture -- I've never asked if it is contraindicated during pregnancy. One of the main things it helps me with is calming down/feeling less anxious, which I hope I wouldn't have if I ever manage to get pregnant since TTC is the main thing giving me anxiety.
@alysapuggles I'm new to chart reading but could O be CD 15 late in the day which would help match up with CM? This cycle FF is showing my O on CD 14 because my temp spike wasn't until CD 15 but I'm fairly certain that I O'ed on CD 13 but late in the day. I read that you need 12-24 hours to see a temp rise so I'm thinking if you O late in the day it actually shows your O a day later. Veterans feel free to correct me but I just wanted to offer another possibility.
R/R: We are on vacation in CA to see my sister. DS is so off schedule because of the time difference. We slept in like hour and a half increments last night.
Q/CS: so AF should be here sometime today but if not, my LP might be getting longer! So that's a win.
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? Our wedding song- a thousand years by Christina perry.
@LuND Lol it's almost comical that we are sitting here thinking the same thing this cycle. What is up, FF!?
@Pinky917 Yeah, if I had that chart I'd probably be headed to BSC town too, so also don't be like me!
@spiderlover25 Thanks for the input. Yeah, at this point I'm thinking CD15 or 16 is most probable. Hopefully next month I won't muck up my temps so much!
Testing: Um, I've done enough of that. Trying to hold off until my blood draw Monday
R/R: DS had his 2 year check up today and the PED said he's above average developmentally for his age That was a relief as of course I always worry about every little thing. It's also snowing here so we played outside for a bit in it, he's such a winter baby and loves the cold. I usually hate the cold but I'm tolerating it more this year. It was a highlight in my crappy morning, see below.
Q/CS: So I put my thermometer away and I didn't test this morning you guys! I figure there's no point in temping if it's only high bc of the progesterone.. And it's driving me BSC. I slept so much better last night knowing I couldn't temp. I called the RE nurse to ask if I'll get a period while on the progesterone and she said probably not. She said to call Monday and I'll go in for a beta to be sure.
This morning I had such a strong wave of nausea, while at the same time having period like cramps. It's really messing with me...
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? Yes! Man and Wife by Michelle Featherstone, we danced to it at our wedding
@bluejeanbabi05 I am so sorry you are feeling that way, hugs.
@LuND My H is the same way!!! It does not matter how many times we discuss something, he never remembers when the time comes! It drives me crazy, and makes me feel pretty punchy...
@adirat@alysapuggles I had already decided last week that I wasn't going to temp on the weekends once I got CH, so I am hoping the coming long weekend helps me to keep the crazy down.
@pinky917 it is a very pretty chart, triphasic even... though many ladies here have had triphasic charts and not been KTFU. Fx so hard for you
@lund sorry FF is fucking with you. it did that with me last cycle too. @bluejeanbabi05 glad your back in the game. You do have time but that doesn't make it easier when you have been trying for double digit months. Hugs @Brooklyngirl6 sorry for the BFN @travelingcouple glad you slept better and are able to put temping/charting stress to the side. I hope the BETA on monday goes well.

@adirat Work computer won't work? Guess you can't work either. Time to go home!!
@alysapuggles I agree with @TravelingCouple. It looks like you probably O'ed on CD16, especially given your OPKs. Why did you discard the temp on CD12? If you put it back in, does it move CH?
Month/Cycle: 16/16
CD/DPO: 22/8
Timing: -2, +1
Testing: Saturday
R/R: H is sick. Someone pray for me. But I had coffee with my SIL/best friend this morning and it was much needed. She's going out of town this weekend and could quite possibly be moving in the very near future, so I gotta soak up as much time with her as possible.
Q/CS: nope
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? She's Everything by Brad Paisley I was obsessed with the CD when we were dating and H said that song reminded him of me.

R/R: I'm so tired. I'm so tired I want to cry. This short work week has caused my brain to prematurely shut down.
Q/CS: My temps have stayed up. I think I can let myself believe this was an ovulatory cycle. FINALLY!
GTKY: Do you and your significant other have a song? No song. We have VERY different taste in music. I walked down the aisle to "Walk on By" by Railroad Earth and he walked down the aisle to "Crazy Love" by Van Morrison, so those songs always make me think of him.
@linzrunz I think I had had a couple drinks and so I figured the temp was unusually high because of that. I dont normally have temps that high before O. If I put it back in, it does move my O to CD17 with a coverline at 98, so I dont know. The two 99ish temps were due to low fever/sick so they're kind of inaccurate also. It really is a big mess!
@soemthingclever Yes! Yes yes yes! Ovulating is half the battle!
@Pinky917 Good thinking. I usually don't temp on weekends, either, because I refuse to test on weekends and ruin a beautiful weekend day. (Unlike a work day because who cares lol)
@linzrunz Yep, other than answering emails I basically can't work today -- and since 90% of people I work with are off, that's not too many emails.
So what I did instead was...
...pick an RE. I think I'm going to call to schedule an appointment this afternoon. Color me slightly terrified and very nauseated but also weirdly happy it's going to happen? Is that crazy?
@adirat that's not at all crazy! I was so happy to finally see an RE because it meant we would finally have a PLAN instead of this horrible sitting back and waiting stuff. I'm not good at waiting. DH says I have control issues but I prefer to think of myself as take charge. Lol.
@adirat I know that's a big step and I also was very nervous calling the insurance to find an RE. Not as much nervous as.. Feeling very surreal. It does feel good to have a plan though so YAY for taking the first step!
@adirat That's wonderful. I'm glad you feel happy about making that decision! I've picked out an RE but I'm nervous about calling - thinking about waiting until the new year. Anyway, yay for you!

@adirat I finally got an RE referral from my OB at my appointment a couple weeks ago. It was a strange combination of feelings. I was super excited and relieved to finally be moving forward, but sad and scared that I'm at this point. So really, you are NOT crazy. At least that's not the reason.

@bluejeanbabi05@travelingcouple@midsomervillage@linzrunz Thank you for the support I'm glad feeling the weird range of emotions is not unusual! I decided to call today just in case they got booked up for January. The receptionist was so nice to me on the phone that I almost started crying. But, we are scheduled! We're going January 24, which should be the start of my period for the cycle after this one.
Also, just putting it out there, universe -- a September due date would be really inconvenient for DH's new job AND I just bought a Costco box of tampons AND I have scheduled an RE appointment, so a BFP would be hilarious right now! Just saying!
@adirat yay for the appt! And maybe all that bad timing-ness will make the universe give you a BFP this month lol.
Also- idk other ladies experience with this or if they specifically asked you to time the appt that way, but during my initial RE appt he gave me an ultrasound, which may have been a tad inconvenient on day one of AF. Might be worth asking around about!
