So here I sit on Christmas in the ER because I had a gush of red blood. I've been beside myself because we told everyone today and then this afternoon, blood, everywhere. No cramping or pain, and the bleeding has now stopped. but my tears aren't stopping yet. I can only pray that lo is ok.

This sounds EXACTLY like me two days ago. Giant gush of bright red blood, which tapered off to brown and then nothing. No cramping or pain. I'm praying that your journey looks like mine has so far, and that you see a healthy bean and a subchorionic hemorrhage or something equally benign. Bleeding is terrifying - I'm still going through it. But, small comfort though it is, there are a couple other women on here, myself included, who have had almost exactly this happen and have had positive outcomes thus far. I am praying fervently, deeply, and desperately that you are in the same situation and you see a healthy baby tonight.

No bleeding until 4pm today. Then two huge gushes and a big clot. I couldn't bring myself to reach into the toilet to find out if it was a clot or tissue. I am just praying it was the rest of the hemorrhage clearing out. but I fear for the worst. Just waiting for my OB office to open tomorrow so I can get an appointment. this has been such a roller coaster. I don't know what to expect at this point and don't want to move from bed. please God let it have been a clot.
Edited because I posted without realizing that you added an update. Praying it's just a clot because of the previous bleeding and that baby is still doing just fine ❤️
