Has this been done yet?! I thought I'd start it tonight because I'm often late to the game in the morning. Since we had to get a second tree it has me wondering about everyone else's! If you celebrate Christmas, show us your lovely tree!!!
Oooh great idea for a thread! I can't wait to see all the trees. And for anyone who celebrates a different holiday, I would be delighted to see other decorations too

YES!!! Would love to see any and all decorations!
I kind of want to get a pic in the daylight as well as at night with the lights on so I'll post our new tree tomorrow! I think this one is actually better than our first lol
Here is ours. I've been taking pictures of my dog pouting in front of Christmas trees all month. It's quite a series.
I brought up our tree that I bought last year the Sunday after Thanksgiving and it looked awful. The branches weren't falling right and a bunch of the lights (pre-it tree) didn't work. So I threw it in the trash and went to Target to buy another one. So worth it. I should take another photo in the daylight to see the ornaments.

I love Christmas trees! I need to buy a tree skirt stil. We just got ours this year from Target, I didn't realize how bad our old one looked until we got this! It was the last of this kind of tree at our Target (display tree) I love it!
Okay this is tree #2 because the first one died lol I helped pick out and carry the tree (traps are so sore today!) but I kind of forced H to decorate it this time and he decided on all blue and silver/white. I like how it turned out and it's a better tree than last time. H was a little overzealous on trimming the bottom branches on tree #1 lol PS: we will never make the mistake of not watering or having tree up too long again!!!
Also, I think snowshoes on the wall is about as Canadian as it gets
@rainbowturtles yep - I have no self control when it comes to the tree. It's a struggle to even make it that long! I wait for the rest of the decorations, but the latest the tree goes up is the first weekend of November.
Here's ours! Got it at Lowes last year. Paid more than we wanted to, but so worth it and blows my previous $30 Walmart tree I've had since college out of the water
This is the first year I have ever had a real Christmas tree which I was really excited about. Our tree cracks me up though because the star won't stay straight so I just gave up on it. You will also notice our baby tree which was the first tree my husband and I ever had as a couple when we first moved in together. We were spending the holidays in Europe that year so we settled on that little tree to still have something up in our apartment. We have decided since then to always put it up and it has all our sentimental "event" ornaments on it.
@JJMNO1616 Your tree skirt is beautiful! (The tree too!)
Everyone's trees are gorgeous. Ours is up, but very sad (no lights, no ornaments), so I won't post a pic. Since we won't be here for Christmas, I wasn't going to bother, but DH insisted that it is bad luck. So we put up our ancient artificial tree inherited from MIL. We have been on the hunt for a good deal on a new artificial tree!
