So my husband and I found out we are officially expected are third boy. We both love the name Huck. So is this a legitimate name? I don't think I could actually name a kid Huckleberry because of the possible ridicule on the first day of school, is Huck by itself a stand alone name? I also don't love the fact that it rhymes with the f bomb. We do like Hank as well but would like something less popular.

Would you consider Tucker? Still lends itself to the F-bomb, but it is a name in and of itself.

I think it's a nice NN but not good as a standalone name. I like PPs suggestions of Hudson, Henry, and Harrison.

Hudson, Henry, Harrison, Hugh...even Finn (maybe? Lol) could work for a nn of Huck.
