GTKY: What does your Christmas/Chanukah week look like?
I think it'll be a little tough while we're getting home and adjusted, but hopefully everyone gives us some space and understanding.

Just getting ready for the holiday weekend, which snuck up really fast. Wow. I need to wrap gifts, as long as Wyatt allows me to during the day. We don't have many, but will still take time. DH has an eye appt. Wednesday that we'll all go, and that is about it. I don't have much planned outside the house except maybe a quick trip to Target to return some online orders.
When does fussy stop? Holy hell... this kid can not be set down or when he can be.. it's rare.
Do babies get over stimulated being held for long period of time? The last couple of weekends, DH's family have had get together's for a nephews birthday party and just yesterday, a party for his Grandpa's 90th birthday. Wyatt slept ALL day wile being held by various people. We get home last night and he is a bear with inconsolable crying for a few hours. He finally settled, but still shows some signs this morning and won't let me set him down. It makes doing anything tough.
GTKY: What does your Christmas/Hanukkah week look like?
Going to my in-laws Saturday for Christmas Eve, which is only a 45 minute drive. Eat, open presents, etc. I think it's just my in-laws, SIL and family and then one of DH's aunt/uncles. My BIL and family I guess are going there Christmas Day, so not everyone will be there for his side the same day. Christmas Day, we'll spend with my parents here in town. As long as the weather is nice, my parents will go get my grandparents (they live 3 hours away) and bring them here so they can see the baby and their newest great grandson. Usually we go see my grandparents, but I said we won't be traveling that far with him... especially since he was only supposed to be born a week and some before Christmas. He'd do better now, but it's just easier to stay in town.
