I have my husband being my cheer leader. He goes with me to my class and on my walks so I'm not alone. Accountability is everything!
How do you plan to stay on track through the holidays?
I'm sure I can get family members to go with me on my walks.
GTKY: what do you listen to or watch while exercising?
I am either listening to my instructor at ballet class, or talking with whoever is walking with me. I'm not really big on watching tv or listening to music when I exercise.
How do you plan to stay on track through the holidays? Well if my stomach says this way, I wont be eating too much anyway. Plus with this no drinking thing, the calories will be much easier to handle
GTKY: what do you listen to or watch while exercising? Netfilx. I usually choose a show that is about 20 to 30 minutes long, and use that as my workout timer.

To get longer runs in. Nutrition, eat more fruits/vegetables, keep up with meal plan/prep. Dh has lost almost 40 pounds since April and is worried about gaining it all back with this pregnancy.
How do you plan to stay on track through the holidays?
We are king on a trip between Christmas and nye and I made sure the hotel has a fitness center.

How do you plan to stay on track through the holidays? I'm extremely careful with my diet, and my appetite is actually not that great right now. I'm hoping I can fight any cravings that may show up. But typically this is not a problem for me.
GTKY: what do you listen to or watch while exercising? Whatever they're playing at the gym!

How do you plan to stay on track through the holidays?
Last year I lost 40lbs and part of that was over the holidays, so I know I can be healthy during this time. I think the biggest thing I learned is to not go crazy on any one thing.. because it's not the first nor will it probably be the last time I ever taste it haha. Working out will be hard because we're travelling, but I'm going to do what I can.
GTKY: what do you listen to or watch while exercising? Sometimes just the music on the DVD I'm doing, but lately I've been turning the workout music off and turning on my workout Spotify playlist (Led Zeppelin, Dr Dog, Cage The Elephant, Fly Golden Eagle, and other upbeat favs).

water! Just power through it. carbs help with nausea but I use cool things and take deep breaths instead. If I can catch a short nap I do it.

just do it. If you have a goal you want enough you just make it happen. Having good support from your spouse helps!

I usually walk with DD1 so I talk to her lol
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Yoga before work at least 3 days but try for 5
How do you plan to stay on track through the holidays? I'm choosing what is healthy for my baby to have, not what sounds delish. I'm very strict on what DS eats. No processed foods. No sugary treats. So I plan to just eat the same that I feed him for the most part.
GTKY: what do you listen to or watch while exercising? I do Jillian Micheals yoga currently. And I plan to switch to the Tracy Anderson pregnancy videos once I hit the third month.
I gained what I assume to be between 30 and 40 lbs last pregnancy. I didn't weigh in at all the entire process so that I wouldnt let it get to my head that I was "fat". I'm back to pre prego weight and I think this time I will track more closely but be sure not to obsess over the number on the scale.
