Inspired by digging up my old 40 week belly shot. Made me super excited for a big belly!

Edit: BTDT = been there done that; in case anyone wasn't familiar with this acronym

This was snapped at 40w1d! My water had broken and we were about to leave for the hospital when we realized we never did the 40 week belly pic! So we paused for last photo.

Edit: I actually remembered I had one very last picture of me before having Rory. Here I am, bouncing away, and super excited to meet my new guy!

This was right at 40w. Little did I know I had TWO MORE WEEKS! Just look at my hands... that baby hadn't dropped at all.

I think I found out a couple days later that she was still transverse lie (laying sideways across my belly)

38 weeks as I was being induced in the hospital. She was born 2.5 miserable days later.

This is the last good pic at 37 weeks. I felt so huge and miserable, but I see this pic and I don't LOOK that huge!

I don't have a ton of pictures from when I was pregnant with my son. These are maternity pictures we did at around 30ish weeks. He was born at 41+4 so I got a lot bigger and he dropped waaaaay low.

I believe that I was 38 weeks here (I'm mobile and don't have many of my previous bump pictures on my phone!). DS was born at 39+6 and I never really grew noticeably larger than this.

Just LOVE this post, so fun! I don't have the photo my husband took before we headed to the hospital at 38w3d on my phone but this is 37w4d with twins! They were born at 38w5d each over 7 lb, I'm 5'8" and was still waddling by the time this photo was taken!

Note the shirt that didn't even cover my belly... haha!

@Mother0fDragons - yes it was! and he was sunny side up. I was in total denial about the time it was taking and was holding off pushing in the car. By the time we arrived, I couldn't walk anymore and my husband recalls the moments before the entering the hospital by saying "I thought I was going to have to pull your pants off on the sidewalk." LOL (My waters had broken about 6 and 1/2 hours earlier --probably why my belly is soooo low in that photo --- but I went into work because I wasn't feeling contractions -- being in the birth world, I know it could take some time and wasn't rushing in to be induced. When contractions started, I was pretty much already in transition.)

This is around 39 weeks and he was born a few days later at 39+1. He was in my ribs until my water broke and then finally dropped.

7/26/11 heading in for my csection 40 weeks and 2 days! After almost 5 months on bed rest this little guy decided to be late!

I had spent the majority of my third trimester in the hospital on bedrest so I was pretty cozy in my room and yes, I crossed off every day each morning. It was a LONG (eventful) 10 weeks haha.
Scheduled c section at (almost) 37 weeks due to placental abruption that happened at 27 weeks. It's an absolute miracle we made it to 37!

@Mother0fDragons honestly my OB and perinatologist STILL tell me they have never had a patient make it as far as I did. It's truly a total miracle and I'm beyond thankful. It was a crazy experience!

When DH's little sister had an "emergency c/s" on my due date with DD2 I decided to repaint three of the rooms in my downstairs. This is somewhere between 40 and 41 weeks. DD2 came on 42 weeks.

Gray stripes was with my daughter (I didn't feel like scrolling through my mobile uploads so I found these quick!). The blue shirt was at my sons baby shower. I was so so so swollen with him.
