How far along are you? 19 weeks

How big is baby? A game boy or heirloom tomato

Appointments this week? I have acupuncture for chronic shoulder pain (I've never tried this before so hoping it helps) on Sunday and my anatomy scan on Monday as well as a second appointment that day for a transvaginal u/s to check my cervix. (Previous leep)

Symptoms? Pressure. Tons of it. Still heartburn and indigestion that presents as nausea. Pretty sure by this point it will be with me all pregnancy. And headaches.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I started clearing out our guest room to turn it into the nursery. Have a huge pile of things to sell and/or giveaway!

GTKY: If you could throw any kind of party, what would it be like and what would it be for?
i would throw a black-tie affair. Don't care what it's for. I love getting dressed up and dancing.

How big is baby? A box of crayons/an avocado

Appointments this week? Nope, had another bleeding episode last week so we had a surprise appointment to check that out. All looked good.

Symptoms? Still gassy/bloated, getting a weird taste in my mouth occasionally.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I really want to stop bleeding, this is the second time in 7 weeks I've had serious bleeding and it's making me nuts. I just want to be able to relax and enjoy this pregnancy!!!

GTKY: If you could throw any kind of party, what would it be like and what would it be for? Any party! I love hosting events, and I am a planner by nature. Weddings are my favorite to plan!

I've had a lot of trouble sleeping this week.

Rant/Rave/Questions?
I have had some pinkish brown spotting today. To call or not to call? This is the first episode of spotting I have had. No intercourse or pelvic exams recently to explain it.

I can't even think about throwing a party right now. Just trying to come up with an answer is too exhausting.

Appointments this week? This Friday I have the second part of my NT bloodwork

Symptoms? Tired still. No motivation to do anything. Still feeling bloated and gross.

Rant/Rave/Questions? Excited for the anatomy scan soon.

I would totally throw a party on a huge yacht, just because. This is obviously only of money doesn't matter, because I can't do that now lol

@Jellybeanqueen13 I'd call. Worst they can say is you're fine, better safe then sorry. If you're like me you'll worry about it 24/7 until you hear from them.

I called early this morning. They asked me a bunch of questions and told me to monitor the spotting and if it got worse or turned into red bleeding or included cramping to call back. They said take it easy, drink more water, and pelvic rest. Pretty much what I expected they would say. Still, calling did made me feel a bit better.

They said I could call tomorrow during regular hours to see if they would see me sooner than Wed (which is my next appointment). If the spotting continues, I will probably call back tomorrow, but if not, I won't worry about it and just discuss it with my doctor on Wed. I've also had some pretty bad constipation, so idk if that could have caused the spotting. I stocked up on dried apricots and prunes to help with that. Ugh. Pregnancy.

@mtb16 sorry about the bleeding. I'm glad its nothing serious but I can't imagine how stressful that must be.

Nope, next Friday is my 16 week appointment. It feels so far away!

Symptoms?

I feel pretty good. I'm definitely wiped out at the end of the day, but during the day I have pretty normal energy levels which is nice. I'm getting some occasional nausea here and there, but nothing debilitating or all that frequent.

Rant/Rave/Questions?
It's going to snow here tomorrow and Wednesday! I can't wait!

GTKY: If you could throw any kind of party, what would it be like and what would it be for?
I don't ever have the desire to plan a huge party (my wedding was exhausting, although the end result was great) but a holiday dinner party sounds pretty fun right now.

GTKY: If you could throw any kind of party, what would it be like and what would it be for?

I would want to throw a multicultural potluck party. Bring together people of all ethnic groups & they bring food and provide more insight on their culture. We did this in grammar school,it was called Multicultural Day.

My favorite part was obviously the food.

I'd want every table/area to be decorated in the best way to portray the groups.
