@kvruns breast milk can be at room temp for 4-6 hours so if you need to it can sit out for a bit. If baby will drink it cold it's that much easier for you however. I always had to warm my refrigerated breast milk for DD in a mug of hot water before she would drink it.
Re cord: hospital told us to leave it completely alone. At check-up yesterday, doctor said the same thing. She gave us teeny tiny alcohol wipes, she said, if we wanted to touch it up occasionally. It is a little smelly this evening, which is weird timing since we gave her her first home "bath" this afternoon.
