Thank you all so much. One last update. We've made the heart wrenching decision to induce labor. Due to the prolapsed cord and open sac for baby A, the risk of infection to baby B and to myself are too great to continue. Our only options are to induce labor and deliver here at the hospital, or do a ligation on the cord, go home, and wait for my body to go into labor on its own. Either way, the chance that Baby B will survive is slim to none, and I'd rather take care of it when I'm already at the hospital than to risk going home and delivering the babies there (plus risk getting an incurable infection). We'll start meds shortly, and likely deliver the babies within 24 hrs. I wish you all the best, and an uneventful rest of your pregnancies.
