  • @triwellnessgirl my DR is probably just being overly cautious, so don't worry too much. I've found that doing less rest between weight reps keeps my heart rate up, so I'm just focusing on that (and sitting as much as I can DURING weight exercises) and making sure I get 10k steps a day. So I'm just walking the dog more.
