No joke on the sleep problems! I'm too hot, I'm uncomfortable, I'm too close to my husband, I have to pee. Again and again and again. It doesn't help that we are staying at my parent's house while we wait for our new place to come through. They have a futon in their guestroom, but it sucked. We then put an air mattress on top of the futon, so we're always rolling into the center. I really hope we get the place we applied for. I miss my bed!
My SIL gave me a doppler last night, so I'm looking forward to trying that out.
I'm a little lost in the Hogwarts talk because I've never read a HP book. I get the general idea, and I'm happy to join you there in a few months! Hopefully by then we can weed out any of the trolls @chickyclg mentioned.

Anyone else eating wild game while pregnant? H is going hunting this week, so I expect to have a freezer full of deer soon. Everything I've seen said it's safe as long as it's cooked thoroughly. Has anyone ever asked their doctor if it's safe?

I didn't talk to my doctor, but I've eaten deer sticks and have a bunch of venison in my freezer I plan to eat. They gave me a nice "no list" and wild game isn't on there. We live in a fairly decent hunting area, and the DNR keeps pretty good track on if the wild game is safe to eat that year or not.

My husband is an MD and a hunter and assured me it's ok. He said he will just take a good look at the health of the deer when he is dressing it and as long as the liver etc. look normal he is ok with me and my toddler eating it.
DH brought home his deer a couple weeks ago, I had some and I'm fine, but he did stink me out of the house cooking the heart, I had to hide in our room until the stink cleared out while he and my 14mo feasted, lol
