Had my anatomy scan yesterday! It was amazing! The tech seemed frustrated that I was told it was okay to come in at 18+4. She was unable to get some shots she needed of some organs so I will need to come back. She did show us the heart, kidneys and brain. I don't have an appointment with my doc until after turkey day, so I won't really know the results until then. Everything seemed great though! Baby is so cute! Everything I saw her measure seemed to be on track. Baby was very curled up so she couldn't measure the whole body. Legs were completely criss crossed so no look at the sex the tech says 60% girl, because she didn't get a glance at any testicle, but we won't know for sure until next time. I can schedule any time after 2 weeks. I'm just happy that baby is ok!
My OB office is so annoying about not scheduling the A/S even a day before you turn 20 weeks, but at least hearing stories like your @SDSwenson make me understand why! Good luck in two weeks - glad you got some good looks at your little pumpkin seed!
Good news here; my bloodwork and lovely 24 hour urine collection test came back completely clear so no preeclampsia for me! As annoying as the test was, it's nice to have that piece of mind. All my belated baseline first trimester bloodwork came back normal as well - first time I haven't been anemic
