Trying to Get Pregnant

False positive on a digital test

So I took the digital test 14DPO and it was negative.  Then I took one 17DPO and it said "Pregnant".  What are the chances it was a false positive?  I was too shocked to take another one.  Does it matter what time of day you take them??

  • For fricks sake, Go take another darn test if you can't believe the one positive you received or call your doctor.  I can't look in your ute and give you a absolute positive answer.

  • I haven't seen your other post, so I don't know what kind of answeres you got before, but you should definitely go to your doctor to see if you are pregnant - can't really know so early on until you take their test.

As for time of day, I have read that first of the morning urine is best, but, if you can't do that, be sure at least four hours has passed since your last trip to the restroom and don't drink more water than usual (can dilute your urine).

    HTH!
