  • @kiwi2628 it's still early so FX!  In Idaho, a mixture of ketchup and mayo are placed on the tables of restaurants and they call it "Fry Sauce" so you have the knowledge of the "potato gods."  ;)

  • @zwink1  I hope everything goes well with your closing! Buying & selling homes can be awful so good luck!

@purplg8r  I hear you on being afraid to go to the bathroom. Hopefully we can distract ourselves with fun this weekend.

    Month/Cycle: 6/5

    CD/DPO: 34/9

    Timing: -2, O

Testing: Sunday or Monday. I'm terrified though

R/R: On one hand, Friday. On the other hand, I think I'm losing my damn mind about this cycle.

    CS/Q:

GTKY: is there a food combination that you like that everyone thinks is weird?

I was gonna say Wendy's french fries dipped in a Frosty but like @bumpybump I don't think that's really that weird. I just love salty/sweet combos. I also love "fry sauce" like @kiwi2628

  • @antoto It's just a few more days, girl. Maybe there's so much added pressure this cycle because of the holidays, I can't stop thinking about how much more amazing they will be if I'm KU instead of sitting in the corner inhaling cookies and pie. I'm crossing my fingers so hard that this IUI was all you needed to get KU!

  • @sheknows6 I don't think you have anything to worry about with temps. Every single one of your post-O temps is above your coverline, which is the important thing. What is making you question them?

(FWIW I think you may have ovulated cd12 with fallback rise instead of cd14, because of your CM, but even with that you still have high temps.)

Also, sorry to hear about the job turmoil :(

  • @adirat FF lowered my coverline at cycle day 18 so they were originally below the cover.....I have seen a few other ladies questioning FF this month so maybe it's rubbing off, combo'd with work and just general stress.

I'm overthinking it probably. I need to just chill out

  • @sheknows6 Yeah FF is acting up more than usual (though I often disagree with FF so...)

So this is what I think looking at your chart and ignoring FF:
I would give you CD11 O with fallback rise. I would ignore the CD8 temp and give you a coverline just above 98.4. This would put your temps the last few days at or just barely above the coverline. If you're worried, keep in mind that if you also drop CD9, your coverline would be substantively lower and the post-O temps wouldn't be concerning at all. If you have multiple charts in a row with this issue, then you may want to revisit it, but I wouldn't worry at all right now.

  • Month/Cycle: 8

    CD/DPO: 31/11

    Timing: -2, +2

Testing: Took a test today ahead of my appointment this afternoon - BFN, no surprise there.

R/R: I feel like once I get the ball rolling with the tests, things might start coming together.

    CS/Q:

GTKY: is there a food combination that you like that everyone thinks is weird? Perogies and ketchup. All the time, err'day.

Thanks @sheknows6. Just ready for this cycle to be over. Ugh.

I don't temp @beachbunnyxo123 (I know, stupid right?!) I got a positive OPK on CD 12, so I'm either 11 or 12 DPO. I really am going to start temping this next cycle though, I may not even be ovulating for all I even know?! I need to know. Should have started it a long time ago.
I think I'm also going to bite the bullet in the New Year and start talking to a doctor.

**Edit due to a spelling mistake.
  • Month/Cycle: 3/3

    CD/DPO: 17/1

    Timing: -5, -4, -3, -1, O

    Testing: Nope!

R/R: It's finally Friday and I'm working from home next week!

    CS/Q:

GTKY: is there a food combination that you like that everyone thinks is weird? I love hot peppers and put them on anything!!!!!

  • Sorry for the BFNs...

    Month/Cycle: 3/3

    CD/DPO: 19/3

    Timing: -3, -2, O

Testing: 11 DPO..hoping to just wait for AF

R/R: Wishing I could find some energy...not feeling it today.

    CS/Q: nah

GTKY: is there a food combination that you like that everyone thinks is weird? DH and the in laws think it's weird I put sugar on my rice.
  • @willrunforwine21 Aw, dang it. Make your HH drinks a double.

  • Month/Cycle:3/3

    CD/DPO: 21/6

    Timing: got my bases covered!

Testing: Waiting until Thursday (hopefully...) because it's our wedding anniversary.  We decided we're staying home, so I don't have to worry about being mopy around anyone else.

R/R: I don't know if this is a R/R or just "I'm a crazy person" but this morning I went to the bathroom and had a tiny amount of blood on my underwear.  The TTC crazy person in me was like DPO 6 - ITS IMPLANTATION BLEEDING, PARTY!!! but then the rational part of me remembered I was in a hurry and cut myself saving this morning (ouch!) and it was blood from the cut.  I then hung my head in shame.....

CS/Q: Super random, but after I got a Peak reading on my ClearBlue OPK the happy face never went away, but I have some sticks left over (I O earlish in my cycle).  If I keep the applicator (or whatever it's called) can I use it again next cycle, or is it done?

GTKY: is there a food combination that you like that everyone thinks is weird?

@purplg8r I have a really similar answer...when I go to the movies I love to dip my red vines in the nacho cheese!  When we were dating, my DH always made jokes about how he thought that kind of stuff was what pregnant women craved! Haha

Aug17 December Siggy Challenge: Funny Pics of Kids Afraid of Santa

  • @bumpybump honey with mashed potatoes sound interesting. I love French fries & frostys!

@kiwi2628 I like peanut butter & honey sandwiches too!

@zwink1. I did BBQ Fritos in cream cheese!

@hartmich just now I was like, is that pink tinged? I can't tell if it's light light pink
  • @hartmich yeah holiday time ttc is definitely extra tough. on top of it this will be my first Christmas without family... ever. They are all meeting up in New Zealand and me and H couldn't afford the tickets so my family will be together without me. so if I'm alone and still not pregnant by then... fuck that's going to suck.

    Month/Cycle: 7/7

    CD/DPO: 17/3

    Timing: -2, O

Testing: I normally start testing at 10dpo but that is Thanksgiving. So that could be good or bad.

R/R: So so happy it's Friday! It's been a very long week. Excited for tomorrow - date night. Dinner and a movie- Fantastic Beasts :)

    CS/Q: nope

GTKY: Is there a food combination that you like that everyone thinks is weird?
Hmmm I honestly can't think of anything. I'm super picky with food and don't like combining much of anything. However I actually do like eggs and ketchup like @darkrose88 mentioned.

@kiwi2628 I hope it's just too early for you. Good luck testing tomorrow, got my fingers crossed for you!

@zwink1 my husband is getting a SA done as well. Yesterday he called to make an appointment for drop off and he called the wrong place and it was super awkward lol. Poor guys.

@darkrose88 I'm surprised you haven't tested yet since you're 14dpo! You have some serious willpower lol

    @beachbunnyxo123 @swimsister hey cycle buddies!

@dilynne @willrunforwine21 so sorry about the bfns :/

Edit because the bump ate my post a million times.

@antoto sorry this will be a family-less holiday. What my DH and I do in those situation is plan a fabulous day for just the two of us - like stock the house with our favorite "guilty pleasure" food and booze, binge watch Netflix, go sledding (or whatever), have sex...  just plan a day that you can look forward to.
  • @kaylev0430 I totally agree with you about the e-mails! It is beyond frustrating when I have to spend time following up on an e-mail I've sent a coworker. Even if they don't have an answer, they should at least acknowledge they received and will look into it. Heck even an IM letting me know they got it would be better than radio silence.

@TheMrs I really haven't had much confidence in my cycle just because it is my first and my temps were all over the place. It also helps that I had no pg tests im my apartment and I've been holding off buying any lol. I just got some yesterday, so I'm sure I won't be as good in the future.

@darkrose88 it's literally like pulling teeth sometimes. And then, I swing by their office and drop a casual "hey, did you get my email?" and they go "Yep! I've got this and that in the works, and I was thinking about this and this..." WHY COULDN'T YOU RESPOND WITH ALL THIS? I can't.

  • @kiwi2628 @kaylev0430 I'm not upset about the huge temp drop, yet!  I'm hopeful it's an implantation Dip at CD8!!!! ;)

@zwink1 FX for good SA results!

@cmorris07 your tags are working just fine :)

@antoto @swimsister Hang in there ladies!  I was in your same boat the first time around.

@beachbunnyxo123 glad FF finally made up its mind!  Good to see you here.

@swimsister is it a large, corporate company?  In my experience, they take FOREVER to complete their hiring due to all their "checks & balances" they have in place. Hopefully you'll know by Dec 1 but it sounds promising already.

    @willrunforwine21 here's what I think of olives...

@shan870 white sugar on rice?  I grew up with brown sugar and cinnamon on rice but white does seem strange to me.

@maminette13 I used CBD OPKs when we tried the first time around and I was able to reuse the "handle" each cycle with new OPK sticks. I had a First Response one back in August that permanently turned off after getting my first positive OPK. It pissed me off!  What a waste of money!

  • @kaylev0430 OMG I love that cat photo. It is so me too! And yes, I've ended up just calling people on the phone, and they are like, "Oh I saw it...." and all I can think is, "where you ever going to respond!!!???" Blah... people suck sometimes.
