Hey ladies! Our girl @Austenista is headed in to be started on cervadil tonight to soften her cervix, and induced in the morning. After being in triage today, her AFL was 5.4, and her urine came back with mild pre-e. Can we please send some good thoughts and prayers her way? I told her I'd check in on her, and post updates here as they come in.
Update as of 10:00 this morning:
After the cervadil and induction failed and did nothing, @Austenista was given the opportunity to go home on bedrest. With her pre-e being such a mild case, her OB feels safe in letting her try to make it to 37 weeks. Obviously, if things worsen, then decisions will be made before then. As of now, the goal is for her to get to the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
