Scarlett Grace is here! 5 pounds 13 oz and 18.5" long. No concerns over being early.
Labor started very slow, at 5 pm I was only 3 cm after being on pitocin since 9 am. I was doing okay pain wise, but opted for an epidural in the afternoon to be able to rest). Around 9 I was feeling very uncomfortable and blaming the epidural for no longer working. They checked me, and I was totally ready to go. 30 minutes of pushing, and she came at 9:43. Recovery is going well, just exhausted from being up 24 hours now.
The highlight of my entire life is seeing DH hold her for the first time.
