After seeing baby on u/s on Sunday happily bouncing around, baby passed away Monday or Tuesday at 9w0d and I had a large, heavy bleed last night with lots of cramping. Went to the ER, had an u/s this morning, and they confirmed there is no heartbeat. I'm sitting in surgery admissions waiting for a D&C because after the rollercoaster of the last 5 weeks, I have no desire to pass everything naturally. At the very least, I am relieved that I at least have a final answer and can move on from here. I don't know what that necessarily involves in terms of trying again, but for now I'm hoping to have some peace in my life and enjoy my kids and the holiday season.
