R/R: Daylight Savings Time continues to affect what has been poor sleep and make it worse. Thanks, FF, for telling me that 50.4% of BFPs have been recorded by 11dpo. Felt good to wake up to a bloody nose on the couch last night, see the election results, have a BFP dream, wake up again this morning way early to a BFN, and then see that.

and then I knocked my phone in the toilet. Luckily I had a Lifeproof case on, but it's cracked in two places. Time to get it replaced AGAIN! I feel the snark today... and now I have to talk with kids about the election.

CS/Q: Nope. Temp is slowly trending downward, but is still well above (.7)above the cover line. LP has ranged from 12-14 days, so it's still a waiting game.

GTKY: What nice thing are you going to do for yourself or someone else today?

I might go get a massage or something. I am going to buy DH a gift for our 4 year dating anniversary, which is at the end of the month. Would have liked to give him a BFP, but that's a no-go so far.

So that he can be off, I volunteered to switch my shifts around because I know how important being off is to him.

@lulu1180 There really was no actual confirmation, everything is just a best estimate based off OPKs and secondary symptoms, which was driving me insane. DH has been reluctant about "trying too hard", but I cannot handle the uncertainty anymore.

Testing: I was thinking tomorrow, but honestly I feel out now. I was so stressed and anxious last night I was shaking, and I still feel so depressed and anxious about what's to come now that we are into today -- there's no way a baby is implanting in my mess of a body.

R/R: I'm really nervous about what is coming after this election, especially for women. All the progress we've made in my adult life to be treated as equals and judged on our merits, to have sexual assault taken seriously, all these things that I think are so important, seem like they are truly at risk.

Also, there is a good chance the nonprofit I work for will downsize pretty substantially given the reduction in federal contracts in key cabinet departments we anticipate with this presidency, so I'm a little worried about losing my job in the next six months.

CS/Q: Didn't temp this morning.

GTKY: @NYTino24 This is a nice question for such a bad day for me, thank you. I think I'm going to go on a media diet -- no reading about the election or anything else. Maybe I'll try to find a Law and Order SVU marathon to feel like all hope isn't lost.

CS/Q: How problematic is a 10 day luteal phase and what qualifies as spotting? I think that's probably what will be happening to me this cycle and it seems to be my trend. (*TMI*) I had two instances yesterday where I found very, very, very tiny light brown booger-like CM (only saw because I checked internally, if I hadn't, I would never have known). Now I have nothing. Didn't show in panties from what I could tell. Does that even count as spotting?

R/R: I had a call with my RE to check in on this cycle and discuss the plan for next cycle in case of a BFN. He was really pleased with how the cycle went including my follicle, the timing and my blood work on Saturday. I was happy to hear that but I think his positivity gave me some extra hope and I'm afraid it will lead to disappointment.

Walking my dog this morning I found out that they are opening a Ben and Jerry's down the street from me. Yes!

Also, for those who saw my TWW post yesterday about the restaurant that is counting down the day to their opening which is the same date as my beta - here is their sign. I walk by it at least 4 times a day.

Thanks, ladies. The president of our company sent an email this morning saying that we "probably" wouldn't have layoffs in 2017 but that we are on a hiring freeze. We are a nonpartisan research organization and never really faced this before in my tenure (for instance, Romney vs. Obama would have had no impact since Romney valued the type of work we do). Really stressful. @Juneroseruby I stayed home today but I can't imagine what the mood must be like in the office.

Also, my WTF goes out to the USA channel -- they are not even showing a Law & Order marathon today! Don't they know I need some Olivia Benson to make me feel better? I don't want to watch stupid NCIS!

R/R: the election. But also this is the earliest I have O'd in 7 months of using the CBAD tests. We wound up with DH having his SA on -5 and then skipping what would have been -3 because DH had a long day at work and I got a ticket on my way home from tutoring and spent the night hysterically crying and needless to say sexy time was not in the cards. Then my body was a TW and got me all excited with the closest to EWCM I have ever seen on the morning of CD13 (but didnt have time to BD until night) to have my temps very clearly point to CD12. Here's hoping that -1, +1 is actually -2, O Rant over, sorry.

CS/Q: yes please. I am going to edit my post so that I can post it from mobile. The top is my current chart and the bottom is from september as these two are looking pretty similar. (october was a hot mess)

2 questions:
1. do you agree with a coverline that low? and if so can you give me a little bit more insight as to how it is calculated?
2. The first day of the CBAD peak on both of these charts is 1DPO. If this is my body's pattern that is awesome I can work with it...but also a bit confusing to me, The LH surge is happening after the release of the egg? Has anyone experienced this or can science me?

R/R: you guys, I'm utterly deflated and crushed today. Trump is president and I'm not KU. Feel free to skip if you'd like to avoid the negativity that's seething out of me today (is that even a thing? Can something "seethe" out of you?). After my bfn and seeing the election results I was in an immediate foul mood this morning. I told DH this, and he chose to focus on the election part.... yeah, I'm obviously upset about the election, but the BFN is the more soul-crushing part for me today. He's getting ready to go hunting today, so he's all happy and in a good mood. I did my best to bite my tongue and not lash out at him. We spoke briefly about the election and how voting against the conservatives in ND doesn't really do any good, and I said "well, sometimes it feels good to do it anyway because it feels like a secret middle finger to the rednecks around here" and he chuckled and replied "wow, you just don't like anyone, do you." NOT TODAY I DON'T (which is exactly what I said). I know that if I say anymore about being upset about not be KU, he'll say I should stop trying so hard, blah blah blah. Which will make me want to punch him.

CS/Q: Mostly another rant. Yes, I realize what I'm about to say is illogical - but I don't get it. Ever since coming off BC, I've been super crampy. Crampy when I O, crampy during PMS, crampy crampy crampy. This cycle I was crampy during and a little after O, but then nothing. Not crampy in the least. A few twinges the last couple days, but nothing like the last 3 cycles. Of course this got my hopes up. I'm honestly really starting to understand why women stop testing.

I figure if I'm lucky enough to get a BPF, then it'll bring some light to a gloomy day. And if it's a BFN? Then I can drink all the wine, guilt free.

R/R: I too am so scared for our future and the progress we've made. As the wife of a journalist, I'm terrified of the hatred that has been turned on the media. I'm also running on three hours of sleep - we're both in media so DH worked until about 3 a.m. and our watch party guests didn't leave until just before then. I guess the silver lining is that 3 hours is the minimum amount of sleep for temping?

CS/Q: Nope. Temp is up again today so I'm pretty confident on O date.

GTKY: What nice thing are you going to do for yourself or someone else today? I love this GTKY. I'm personally staying off Facebook - I just can't handle it right now. I want to think of something to do for DH - it may just be making a nice dinner and relaxing at home. *TMI* @CallaLily25 I don't want to get your hopes up, but I did Google Image search for implantation bleeding - no one else do it - and what you are describing sounds like a mix of the creamy CM and that. So if you don't have a full flow, it could be LI. I had what looked like a very small amount of pieces of very light pink tissue come out and float yesterday. Didn't notice on TP, but when I was about to flush. I only looked since I though I felt some CM. I'm feeling a lot of pressure on the right side and I don't know it it's GI stuff of Gyn stuff. We will see. *end TMI*

@adirat OMG I know. Our local hospital is Catholic and anti-contraception. When we first moved here I called to get a gyn appointment so that I could have an exam and get a BC prescription. I nearly dropped the phone when they told me that they wouldn't prescribe BC. Narrow-minded, short-sighted fucks. Needless to say, I gladly drive the 50-75 minutes to more capable medical facilities for all of my medical care now.

R/R: Well other than the election and all that drama... last Friday I was supposed to go see the new Doctor Marvel movie, but due to a hormonal break down, decided to pass on it. So today we are going to go see it!

I'm happy to be doing something positive on such a negative day.

CS/Q: My temp dropped significantly today (after 3 days of high temps) & I also got EWCM which is now making me rethink my O date. I'm starting to wonder if Day Light Savings fooled me into thinking I O'd. I'm gonna wait until tomorrow before adjusting my DPO or moving back to WTO. I'm hoping it is a fluke!

GTKY: What nice thing are you going to do for yourself or someone else today? I absolutely love this question. Well like many others, I've decided to stay off Facebook. All the negativity is just too much. I may also have a glass of wine tonight. I really feel like I need it with all this tension and stress.

Timing: Crap! Only on the day I turned an OPK positive! So that's either O or -1?!

Testing: Yeah right.

R/R: After me being all, "yeah we will do it EOD from CD 8!" that clearly didn't happen?!
I really should have made us get our shit together. It's been a combo of DH being ill, him having a tooth out and just me being in a general funk. Oh and there was the 'COD' night last weekend...Oh well, can't go back in time. Just going to wait for AF to rock up next week.

CS/Q: Nope.
