Nothing exciting this week
symptoms/cravings/aversions?
I had terrible back pain last night and couldn't get comfortable. other than that typical swelling, BH, and fatigue.
rants/raves/questions?
I feel like I have the urge to nest, or at least check some long overdue tasks off around the house, but then I talk myself out of it because I don't want to over do it and pay for it later (like I think happened yesterday!) Hopefully once I cut back my hours around Thanksgiving I can do some of those things.
gtky: it's daylight saving time! do you love it, hate it, don't care about it? how do you adapt to the time change, and any tips or tricks?
Hate it, it takes me forever to readjust, and now I'll want to fall asleep even earlier than I normally do.

appointments and other happenings this week? physical therapy on Tuesday- giving them another chance - chiro on Wednesday and the OB midwife on Friday. i have to get my fmla paperwork filled out, i have been such a slacker about it
symptoms/cravings/aversions? lots of hunger but nothing actually sounds good and getting full after only a few bites, still having a lot of pelvic pain and i feel completely useless to my family right now. reflux is worse but manageable. craving anything iced...i discovered how to make a homemade Frappuccino yesterday and i'm completely obsessed now.
rants/raves/questions? i have zero energy and no motivation to do anything. i took a 2 hour nap yesterday after DD2's fall festival. plus i want to get in some quality cuddle time with my kids but they just seem uninterested. also pissed about the samsung washer explosion recall. we bought our washer only 4 months ago and now we find out there is a real risk of it exploding. just another thing i don't want to deal with right now.
gtky: it's daylight saving time! do you love it, hate it, don't care about it? how do you adapt to the time change, and any tips or tricks? whomever invented DST is a cruel evil beast. why on earth do we have to mess with our bodies like this twice a year? can't we just find one time and stick to it? it takes me about 2 weeks to truly adapt and my kids are even worse. every time it comes around i say i'm going to gradually adjust going into the week but instead i just try to sleep more.

symptoms/cravings/aversions? Symptoms: Some hip pain from time to time, nausea, etc.. Cravings: Maybe soup...it's been my go to meal for the last few weeks.
rants/raves/questions? Rant: The contractor is still working on our sunroom renovation (ugh). Rave: Ordered the crib Friday, and finished going thru 1.5 closets this weekend, which is a win any day.
gtky: it's daylight saving time! do you love it, hate it, don't care about it? how do you adapt to the time change, and any tips or tricks? I like daylight saving time and usually don't have any problems adapting to it. We'll see how our sons do this year though. If they can't adapt, it's definitely going to skew my opinion on it.

how big is baby? Butternut Squash. It's starting to feel like a full on baby in there now though, so that's interesting.
appointments and other happenings this week? No appointments
symptoms/cravings/aversions? So tired, pelvis hurts, just slowing down in general. Still obsessed with dessert in general.
rants/raves/questions? Just a bit of a rant about not nesting. I want to do things but the bean keeps me tired, sore, and pretty useless. I wish nesting would kick in and I would just knock out my to-do list like a champ. There's still hope I guess.
Rave: My sister texted me this morning that they wanted to come see us this afternoon. That makes me sooo happy, I've been missing the heck out of them (we're three hours away).
gtky: it's daylight saving time! do you love it, hate it, don't care about it? how do you adapt to the time change, and any tips or tricks? I don't mind gaining an hour like I do losing one, so this one is usually okay with me.

symptoms/cravings/aversions?
It seems like I'm feeling more pressure lower but it doesn't look like I've dropped or anything, so who knows.
rants/raves/questions?
I bought a few more finishing touches for the nursery this weekend and my husband is sending in a money order on Monday for new crib hardware (we somehow lost the old hardware
) so I'm excited to finally have the crib up in a few weeks when we get that in and have everything set

I honestly don't care either way since it's on a weekend. We usually have the boys go to bed alittle later on the night before and they sleep in alittle late, which ends up being their normal wake time anyways.

How big is baby? Size of a butternut squash
Appointments and other happenings this week? I start my weekly appointments tomorrow and have my first NST. I've already been told that I should prepare to be there for an hour at the least. (Not that I mind, because work is really getting to me and I love having any excuse to not be there!)
Symptoms/cravings/aversions? Had sciatica really badly earlier in the week. Feeling more BH but nothing consistent. And I want to eat constantly!
Rants/raves/questions? I really don't want to be working full time anymore; I'm getting into the nesting phase and I can think of so many things I could be doing at home if I didn't have to be at work! But the temp pharmacist who is covering my maternity leave is starting tomorrow, so that will be a plus. And my MIL and DH's aunt have been helping us to super-deep clean the house before Little Miss gets here. DH is off on Tuesday and Friday this week (he works for the state government, so he gets the day off for Election Day and all federal holidays), so he will be able to get things done around the house as well.
GTKY: It's daylight saving time! Do you love it, hate it, don't care about it? How do you adapt to the time change, and any tips or tricks? I've always hated the time change, especially in the winter when it gets dark so early. It just makes me want to sleep. And now that I'm 8 months pregnant, it seems so much worse! I don't have any specific tricks for dealing with it; I just struggle through every year until my body adjusts.
