  • Yesssss! I was going to post a meal plan Monday but this is perfect. Please share. I need some motivation for quick but healthy meals. Way too much candy and sweets around this weekend!

  • Spaghetti tonight and breadsticks...with my favorite sauce and I can't wait.  Tomorrow will probably be breakfast for dinner since it is quick and easy and we are trick or treating.  I am going to make the pancakes in fun Halloween shapes for the kids.  That's as far as I got.

  • I ate a bunch of mozzarella cheese sticks while watching the football game today!  They were amazing :-)
  • Ugh... who knows. I never know from one day to the next what I'll be able to eat, so we've been winging it. I have stuff for grilled chicken salad, spaghetti, quesadillas, vegetable soup, and grilled chicken breasts.

  • I can't stand the thought of food. It's bad. Today I had oatmeal for bkfast, 2 rice cakes for snack and half a grapefruit for lunch. Hoping to make it a successful dinner...I'm thinking of meeting with a prenatal nutritionist
  • Rotisserie chicken and alphabet soup was my favorite thing to eat this past week. It made me feel like a human again.

We've been winging it too, I can't cook without gagging, so kids have been having pb&j and a lot of pasta. Carbs are pretty much the only thing that do not make me gag thinking about them.
  • I've been loving apples and peanut butter. Satisfying, no overwhelming smell and simple to dish up on impulse.
  • I haven't been meal planning lately, because my appetite has been changing so much. MIL is making Wimpies (they are like sweet sloppy joes) tomorrow before Halloween, and I'm thinking I might make some chicken spaghetti this week, and maybe tortellini soup. That's as far as I have gotten. My go to back up is peanut butter and waffles. Yum!

  • Despite my ever changing appetite and list of food aversions, I'm still trying to meal plan.  The good news is that I can cook just about anything, so at least DH will eat.  I made a giant pot of chicken noodle soup for lunch for the week since that's been sitting well lately.  Tonight I felt good, so it was salad, bbq chicken pizza, and thai chicken flatbread.  If all goes as planned we;ll do lasagna soup on Monday (amazing Deen brothers recipe), Cincinnati chili Tuesday, DH is on his own Wednesday because I work late, and slow cooker pulled bbq chicken to put on sandwiches with homemade sweet potato fries and something green on Thursday.  I wing it on weekends because DH travels.
  • My insatiable appetite is all but a memory right now. Nothing sounds good.
  • My appetite comes and goes. Some days I want to eat it all, other days I can't stand the sight of food. This week there will be porkchops, BBQ chicken wings, some type of meat sandwich, maybe a lasagna, soup sounds delicious too. We'll see what happens.

  • I meal planned last week and ended up throwing the majority of leftovers out because I couldn't stand the thought of it. This week, I bought stuff to make grilled cheeses, banana's, yogurt and a few other items - going to wing it!
  • Polar opposite of my normal diet. I can't stand veggies and eggs and want all the junk food/fast food I can get my hands on.
  • My meal planning game is weak this week. The nausea is bad for the first half of the day until it tones down mid-afternoon, but basically all the carbs is what I can stand. Especially potatoes. DH pointed out tonight that he keeps seeing me gravitate towards salty things, which is interesting since sweet things are usually more my speed; he thinks I need to boost my electrolytes.
  • I'm having a tough time with food. Not so much eating it, but the idea of eating it. So meal planning has been tough. I also can't stomach leftovers right now, which is usually a go to for lunches. I've been eating cereal for breakfast, lots of oranges, pretzels with hummus, and too many chocolate chip cookies. I'm not normally a sweets person, but it's all I've wanted.

This is week I hope to cook: Veggie burgers with homemade fries, pasta with crock pot chicken, and chicken avocado wraps with salad. We'll see how far I get.
  • Nothing sounds good to me except macaroni and cheese. One of my coworkers brought me a donut today because (see below) and I couldn't even eat that. But she doesn't know why.

  • Is everything an appropriate response?
  • I'm still trying to meal plan so my kids don't starve, but I haven't been sticking to the plan most night. I have a lot of easy/quick meals (like soup, grilled cheese, nuggets, etc) that my husband can make for them when he gets home from work if necessary. My nausea get pretty severe in the late afternoon & evening which makes cooking dinner tough.

    This week's menu:
Sunday - Pesto chicken and pasta
    Monday - pizza for halloween
Tuesday - honey lime chicken with coconut mango rice
    Wednesday - chicken tacos
    Thursday - leftovers
    Friday - on the road
Sat & Sun - out of town

  • I'm still able to eat whatever I want whenever I want. No nausea or vomiting here.
  • I've been having Eggo waffles for breakfast and a lot of goldfish throughout the day. I seem to be able to eat one actual meal in the afternoon. I just eat whatever I feel like. Which is always different.

  • I just INHALED a breakfast burrito from Qdoba because literally everything at my house made we want to puke but the thought of chorizo sausage and queso cheese at 9:30 in the morning sounded amazing.  Who AM I?!
  • Mac 'n Cheese... bananas... apples and peanut butter. Seems to be all I want or can tolerate lately!

  • dried mangos, pineapple, blueberry bagels, macaroni and cheese!  YUMMY
  • All food sounds amazing. I'm craving spaghetti and garlic bread. So that is what is for dinner tonight. I was so sick my first pregnancy that I lived off of toast and mash potatoes. I gained 10 pounds in a month.
  • I bought applesauce at the store today. It's soooo good. Guess I'll be living off applesauce, goldfish and eggo waffles for now!

  • Dinner tonight is strip steak and roasted asparagus.

I was was going to make grilled chicken Caesar Salads with homemade Greek yogurt dressing and pork rind croutons (DH eats very low carb). He texted me saying something about steaks, so I picked some up on the way home. Salads can wait!

On Thursday, we are going to this local family style comfort food restaurant for my nephew's birthday. You pick your own meat/protein and the sides come out in big bowls to share. Get in my belly, already!
  • Applesauce sounds sooooooo gooooood!!!!! Gonna pick some up
  • Lately anything hot especially leftovers gross me out. Strangely I've been craving fruits and veggies. Definitely opposite of last time when all I wanted was carbs and sweets!
  • Mmm applesauce has been my jam lately. I've eaten it everyday for a week.
  • I hadn't given applesauce a second thought.  Then, I read this board. Guess what I picked up on the way home from work yesterday?  Thanks for the suggestion! At this point anything that I can stomach that's relatively healthy and fruit/vegetable related is a good thing.
  • Peppermint oreos and a glass of milk is what is getting me through the day.  I use it as my before bed snack.

  • Nothing has been appealing to me and then I was in our local wholesale club and I noticed these Moe's chicken taquitos in the fresh food section so I picked those up with some individual cups of guacamole. I've been eating a few taquitos, guacamole, and baby carrots. Such a weird meal for me but somehow very satisfying, and even though it's not the healthiest, it's not the unhealthiest either.
  • My husband is currently making me a milkshake with leftover Halloween peanut butter cups!
  • @mrt  that sounds amazing and I am jealous.
  • @kassyfry ughh SOO jealous! A Wendy's frosty with French fries (to dip in it) sounds AMAZING right now! If I hadn't already put DS to bed I may have copied your night!
