(Im a physical therapist but specialize in pediatric neurology, sometimes I feel like all my adult skills are rusty). I am on an (extended) break from competitive running. I started to dread it and have hitched my wagon to barre classes with the exact though of TA strengthening/glut med strengthening etc. Any additional suggestions as far as routine for those same goals?
