We announced yesterday. Pretty unoriginal but it did the job. ETA - Due date is 4/30 now but I'm sticking with you, especially because DD was late 4 days last time.

It's SUCH a great family photo, very creative! Are those mostly boys? I'm part of a grandkids set that's all girls, so I'm interested in those dynamics.

I ordered this sign from Etsy. I took DS to a pumpkin patch and snapped a few pics. I plan to spread the news by sharing the pics in a couple of weeks.

I'm 95% leaning toward no announcement until New Years. We live abroad and I want to walk into Christmas and just be like heyyyy! 23 weeks pregnant here!!! We haven't been able to tell any of our family (immediate) in person and I'm kinda bummed about that. We've only been able to do skype or phone calls. Obviously our friends here will know before then. But we don't have a super big social media presence anyway so it's be easier to hide.

Eta. If my cubbies win it all though, I may reconsider because I think it'd be fun to work in an announcement with a "new fan" coming for our repeat year type of thing!

I was going to do a fall/pumpkin type announcement, but may wait until Christmas and do something like "making room for two more stockings on the mantle" with a picture of our mantle/fireplace decorated for Christmas with 6 stockings. Maybe a piece of paper stick into each with our years of birth in them.

@SKZW Yes, all boys except for my DD - she's #6! It's actually really cute how sweet the boys turn when they play and interact with her. Now granted she can mostly whip them all in a pinata game, but still!

@Luckyu317 I like the idea of the Christmas announcement too! That way by then I technically should know the sex too, so it would be nice to add that to the announcement.

Love these! Don't think we are doing an announcement this time. Hubby doesn't want to put anything on social media this time for some reason and I will respect his decision on that. Kind of disappointed I don't get to do something fun though lol!

Due May 27th - I think we will have some pro pics done for a Christmas card this year and announce that way. Our immediate family we will tell at Thanksgiving when we are all together!

I am also still very early (9 weeks tomorrow) and nervous from a prior mmc so we are going to wait and put it on the back of our Christmas card. We will do another of hubby and I with our girls (dogs) and then plan to put a picture of a small stocking on our mental and put coming May 2017 on it. We will only send to the people we would normally send it to. We don't want to do any social media as for us we want to keep our business private and others can hear by word of mouth.

@rschroe8 very original! I guess I'm gonna be cliché, because our son is going to wear "soon to be a big brother" shirt... but only because that's how I told my husband! I'll try to add something unique to it , though, to represent us all too!

We had my mom help him open his presents on his birthday from us. We got him skates and the book. Later, we took him to my In law's and told him to show grandma his birthday presents. She didn't get it at first we had to keep telling her to read the book. She didn't see the Spanish version on bottom so she didn't even try.
