So many good answers that I hadn't thought of yet!
I'd have to say not having to be induced due to my blood pressure, and also having our families stay away from the hospital until we're ready...my parents are already okay with that...his will be the hurdle...(not really a labor thing but I don't want a bunch of people around when I'm uncomfortable and need any rest I can get)

@babyspice my gentle c section was 10 months ago - December 2015. I was hoping for a vbac but ended up needing a scheduled c section and it was lovely.
I went in early to get prepped and I did my hair, light makeup and nails - which made me feel a little more human to begin with but the staff were so professional and kind. There was music playing in the OR when I went in and all the doctors/staff introduced themselves to me and told me who they were and why they were there. The anesthesia guy was talking to me and taking pictures of dh and I with the baby, since I mentioned that I didn't have any pics from my first c section and I really regretted it.
Inthink with gentle c sections you can request a clear cloth to watch the baby be born, but that would have been too much for me I got to hold him right away and there was a nurse who was there specifically to help me do that since I mentioned that was important to me. I also asked the doctor to let my husband announce the sex of the baby to the room, since we were team green.
Honestly, the entire experience felt like some elaborate spa session, instead of major surgery. The recovery was as awful as I remembered but it was amazing to have a happy birth, since my first was a disastrous emergency c section!
Hoping for a smooth sailing csection as this will be my fourth csection. @ littleSkittle14 for my last two csection I had my nails and hair done the day before as well. I went in and also had makeup on. It felt nice. They weren't doing gentle csections at my hospital when I had my last in 2013. It would be nice to have that option.
