She's not really the forum-type, and I am, so I joined to chat with others, get answers and get ready for this new phase of life. Being the non-birth mother is probably a contributor to why I'm not more active--I don't have many of the same experiences as many of you. My wife E is 35, we've been together for 8.5 years, married for 4.This is our first and last baby (one and done). 3. Do you like pumpkin? I do, but think it has gone overboard. 4. How many children do you have? Only furbabies--a dog and two cats currently, but if I have my way we'll get a hedgehog and a couple of pygmy goats in the next several years. 5. How do you feel about bj's? Cant' really say I'm a fan, but I feel very positively about oral with my wife!

Yeah, I'm confused about the notion of giving BJs when you're not in the mood for sex. BJs are a hell of a lot more work than sex.
I'd rather just lay there than have to give a beej.
My perspective is that it's a heck of a lot quicker and less messy. I also (personally) don't like going for sex if I'm not in the mood, but a BJ I can handle.
Oh, then it must be a DH thing. Not to throw the guy under the bus but sex is a lot quicker than a BJ.
I think my issue is that if we're gonna have sex, I want to be put into the mood. Starting from zero that's a slow process!

- Probably since May, I had high hopes of being more active on the board but have mostly been lurking.

- I am pregnant with with a baby girl and also have a 14 month old son so I will have 2 under 2. My husband and I have been together for 12 years and married for 4. We are both 30 and live in Southern California.

- While I love the fall, I absolutely despise all things pumpkin flavored!

Life happens! I think that's NBD. I think it's more important to offer support and feedback to others when you are around, as opposed to only dropping by to ask your own questions and then ghosting.

I agree with @Xstatic3333 it's one thing to get busy with life and just pop in when you can and participate/give advice/commiserate etc. I think the problem is when people legitimately just come in to ask a question, or only participate in aw posts like bump pics, sex announcement etc.
@Ryder0406 I think most of us have taken little breaks here and there or big breaks. But I'll echo exactly what previous ladies have mentioned- @Xstatic3333 and @lct2008 nailed it perfectly

Never though a man this good existed and i really never expected to ever have a family. I did have a surprise pregnancy last year but a loss on new years eve.
I am mid home remodel which is a nightmare. Everyone has their nurseries ready and I'm still in my apartment while my house doesn't have floors, doors, a kitchen, or bathrooms. I mostly lurk since I can't keep up due to my extremely high stress job. Most things here go into a few threads, I just can't keep up with reading every post in them when there is such a huge variety of topics in the same thread. I have questions too sometimes but I can't find anywhere appropriate to ask them.
3. Do you like pumpkin? Pumpkin is ok. Pumpkin SPICE hell yes! But only for a few months. Then I get burnt out.
I introduced myself awhile back but I suck lately at getting on the internet for anything more than to check my email. I'm pregnant with a little girl, this is our Fourth child, we have two older boys (10,5) and a 11 month old. Holy crap am I about to have my hands full lol
