I don't know but I'm really curious as to what the onsie says! I got a horrible one that says "born to shop! and says it's made with cotton but I can't believe it - so rough. Maybe I will put BB in when she is sick

Update: I got a worse outfit! It is minnie mouse (who I already hate) and she has a giant diamond ring, and it says "BLING IS MY THING". This was from one of MIL's friends, who has (obviously) never met me. The thought of having my little girl in something so tacky and gross makes me literally want to throw up. Luckily it has an "R Us" hanger so hopefully we can trade it in for something with some dinosaurs or something. If I can't, I will turn it into burp cloths.

I know I should be gracious about any gift and I will send them a thank you card

They will never know that I returned this outfit because they don't even know me. The other two pairs of pajamas they gave me were adorable and I'll make sure to give MIL a picture of BB in one of them.

We just had our first shower. 75 (!!!!) people came and we only got like 5 or 6 gifts of clothes! And that included MIL getting us fuzzy socks that I had told her I really liked and a set of 5 basic white onesies. I am definitely counting my blessings right now that we didn't get tons of tacky clothes. And we didn't get anything that we'll have to return.

@maamawaabangi I totally wasn't expecting it! Bit of a long story but I told MIL about the shower my mom is throwing and asked if she had addresses for all of their family so we could send invites or if she could just pass on the info. They already had a reunion planned for MIL's family today and the 75 people had already RSVP'd, so they couldn't really back out and she announced that our baby shower would be an hour before the reunion at the same venue for anyone who wanted to come early. So no one had to come early if they didn't want to but most everyone did, and the people who came later still brought stuff which was really sweet.
