How big is baby? The size of a cantaloupe or the length of an ear of corn.
When is your next appointment? Early November. I have to get the glucose screening done before that.
Symptom changes? Not really. But this ear infection is still not getting any better.
Rant/Rave/Questions? GTKY: What do you love the most about the city you live in? What's not to love about Chicago?! But if I had to choose one thing, it would be the diversity of people. There isn't any one type of group of people that I feel like I've never met. And of course, because of that, we have ALL the awesome restaurants!!
How far along are you? 21 weeks How big is baby? Endive When is your next appointment? First week of November. I need to ask them about the glucose test since they haven't mentioned anything yet Symptom changes? It is getting harder and harder to get a good night sleep between the hip pain and having to pee so much GTKY: What do you love the most about the city that you live in? I love Columbus, I came here for college and never left! It's a perfect mix of college town and big city and the economy here is really starting to boom, centered around a lot of amazing restaurants and bars!
How big is baby? The bump says a coconut. 11inches and 1lb.
When is your next appointment? Wednesday I have an appt with my ob.
Symptom changes? My stomach and back are starting to get sore. My stomach has grown way faster this time which I think definitely plays into it. 3rd baby and all.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Found out we are having a girl! So that was a lot of fun and super exciting.
GTKY: What do you love the most about the city you live in? I love the small town feel of it and how close we are to the beach.
Apparently a grapefruit, which seems smaller than a coconut but whatevs
When is your next appointment?
Not until the first week in November
Symptom changes?
Hip pain at night is getting worse and worse, but seeks to go away as soon as I'm up and about for the day. Lightning crotch is no joke as well!
Rant/Rave/Questions? Nothing really. I'm super anxious about the GD screening coming up in a few weeks. My mom has type II diabetes so I'm nervous given the family history but it is what it is. GTKY: What do you love the most about the city you live in? I live is a super small town that I don't particularly care for, but Boston is the closest major city. I lived there before moving here and I loved the feel of it. It's a big city but it doesn't feel that way. I love the sense of history.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Nope GTKY: What do you love the most about the city you live in? It's smaller but not too small. We're close to everything we need. Except I'm struggling with being so far from my sister.
Tuesday to get the full results of my anatomy scan.
Symptom changes?
Since I last posted in the ticker change, pelvic pain due to spreading ligaments.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Aside from grumbling about my pain, I'm pretty chill about where thing are at still.
GTKY: What do you love the most about the city you live in?
Erm, I don't live in a city, not even close. I suppose what I do like about where I am though is I am close to some of the nicest beaches in BC, Canada
how far along are you? 25 weeks how big is baby? a baseball glove, a cauliflower, a prarie dog, a pigeon, a tarte tartin
next appointment? this afternoon - midwife check up & flu jag
symptom changes? a little constipation this week which wasnt fun
rants/raves/questions nothing much this week - everyone saying that they have items like car seats, prams & cribs is making me jealous! I have all my big items ordered but set delivery dates for early january as i didnt want to store them but now i want them!
gtky - what do you love the most about the city you live in? i live in belfast i northern ireland. As a city its quite small & steeped in history (which can be frustrating as the history is still very much influencing the present in terms of politics etc). There is a great nightlife, some fantastic resturants & a sense of community i havent felt in larger cities ive lived in. Were close to the coast & nothing is too far away.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Sorry I haven't been getting on to post this lately. We moved my grandmother into a locked memory care unit (she has Alzheimers) and she's been having a hard time adjusting. I've been spending most of my free time with her. GTKY: What do you love the most about the city you live in? We live 2 miles from the mountains and there is so much to do outdoors. We kayak in the summer with the kids, take the dogs up the mountain with us when we go to the bow range, and go out on the lake. Plus Wyoming is just beautiful.

Also, I so wish I could have visited Ireland during my UK trip.
you'll just have to make it a trip all of its own in the future then!
